At the AGM I asked PF about the length of the contract,. "Is it 5, 10,,,...15yrs?"---

He said " One of those."

The containers get put on to a flat bed truck. It then drives through the vehicle scanning building at 8km/hr.... it then proceeds to another vehicle scanning building where it is 'logged'. The vehicle stops inside this building. The 'bar codes' on the container area scanned, read and logged,.. the vehicle is also weighed. The drive/container then either gets the green light to proceed and leave the port on to its destination,...or it gets a yellow ticket to drive to a checking area,..or it gets a red light.... go directly to 'jail"! That is how the system has been designed to operate,...it's all in the video's,..... as per the link provided. I imagine that WSG will get two fees,..( PF said that our fee would be made up from a number of components at the AGM).. the scanning fee and the processing fee.--Just my understanding from attending the AGM and the other bits and pieces.

I agree. At $15/dollar container ( not TEU) then we are looking at $15M a year,.. say £12M... and at 50% gross profit.. that's circa £7M.... put that on a conservative P/E of 10= £70M ... which is circa 4.5M x current sp.

Slipps.... 10p???? per container..??

$10... would be the minimum I would expect and I am hoping for double that.

I don't know what the scanning charge is,....how much will come to Scanport ( and thereby to us)... but PF confirmed at the AGM,... that we will be getting the majority of the Scanport fee,... and that suggests that we are talking at least 70%.

IMHO 20p is the minimum that I can forsee once the contract is signed and we know the £'s. It's a minimum of 5yrs of revenue and more then likely 10 or 15ys.

For a 20ft container ( and I believe that is what PF mentioned at the AGM).... we are looking at Port Charges of $45-23/per containers dependant on whether it is full or empty.

How much of that comes to us??? ... and does logic suggest that the difference is just the cost of the Scanning charge? ie circa $22/container..ie why scan an empty container?

.... shares there are in issue,.. and how tightly these are held by the relatively large body of PI's.

There are very few in free float and that is why it has always been so volatile,.. big swings,,,either way on good or bad news.

... The African signed contract,... which is booked down by an internal review.. but could un-lock quite quickly..... PLUS,... the recent approach and making good of a bad debt that might happen, and is linked to another long term airport project.

The prices that they charge the Freight operator can be agreed by MPS,.. and almost certainly will have been set by now.

How that is divide up between us, Scanport, MPS etc., is the bit that I would imagined is subject to the final negotiations. That can follow on,.. after the commencement of works,... all we need to know is how many are scanned and who did what.

I doubt that we will hear that before Tuesday,.... but it would clearly be great if we did. Likewise with MH in country,..it would make sense to try and finalise the Contract before he left.

We don't know exact date,... but letter was received by Scanport at some time prior to the WSG AGM,.. on 18th June. It was that letter that stated the 30day anticipated period for finalising the contract.

They can't release numbers until the contract is signed,.. they are still negotiating!

I would imagine that taking it to production with a JV partner would involve the creation of a SPV and part of that 'buy-in" from the third party would include a funding sufficient to repay any debts/loans that would become due in the short term etc.,

But I am sure there are many options for structuring the deal given the size of the existing companies already involved in the TE5 Horst project.
