I’ve just come across from SNG into this share at around £8. Surprised I’m here but impressed by the contract wins and fundamentals here. Just noted the Motley fool article from Yesterday which is kinder to NCYT than they were to SNG. I’m convinced they are on someone’s payroll to try and gain entry point for II’s. In SNG we had to endure three Motley articles in the space of two weeks which were very negative in tone, even saying the share will go below a pound. The fact they are asking people to take some profit here is good enough for me to buy in again. Article was dated yesterday and yet today there was the £4 million order. Go figure.

I cannot see a broker note being responsible for a 30% plus rise tbh. Besides that who on earth can put a realistic valuation on SNG001. There would appear to be things happening. New broker with American prominence, Prof Holgates Knighthood, emergency use in France, nominated for AIM award this week ‘best technology’ award. Can’t help but think there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we couldn’t even guess at. RM saying in the proactive interview just need to have a little patience keeps ringing in my ears.

Where’s the poster gone who said a few days ago that Sir Stephen Holgate could raise his profile by giving an interview to the Sun newspaper :). Has to be the worst post on here I’ve ever seen. Congratulations to Prof Holgate, definitely earned it.

Think they are saying it effects IBS C & D equally the same which no other drug currently does. It is comparable to other drugs regards efficacy but has no side effects either. Massive potential based on that alone.

He’s been a world renowned leader in his field for over thirty years. He’s been instructed by a parliamentary committee to chair an enquiry into COVID effects over this coming winter and advising on preparedness requirements. Reporting directly into Prof Chris Whitty, chief medical adviser to the U.K. Government. Trust me people in the industry know who he is even if you don’t.

Sky News: Mr Trump is still taking the anti viral Remdesivir and the steroid dexamethasone. But Professor Holgate said “it was unusual to prescribe the steroid to a patient who does not need a ventilator, and the value of Remdesivir was uncertain”. “The clinical trials are not persuasive, he said’. “I’m not at all confident in the treatment”.

He didn’t need to advertise SNG he’s called out the presidents treatment for what it is.

Seres clearly had a great phase III trial result with its c-difficile treatment so comparison with that isn’t easy. However, looking at Kaleido which is an American microbiome biotech we should be valued ahead of that looking at the pipelines of each company. Their market cap is over 300m. With successful blautix we should be £3 SP at least. In the medium to long term it should be much much higher if all goes to plan. GLA.

Interferons control the immune response like the conductor of an orchestra. They won’t send it into blind fire up. That would contribute to a cytokine storm which they don’t as per the hospital trial.

Noix- thank you for that. I agree the website is great, took a look at that some time ago and did watch the webinar although a lot of it went over my head tbh. The oncology treatment they have with Merck’s Keytruda looks a great asset to their inventory too.

It would be interesting to know more about the Micro RX platform. I’m no scientist but as I understand it this is what identifies and matches LBT’s to their targeted disorder. So an effective system such as Micro RX can potentially discover and lead to the supply a wide pipeline of micro biome treatments. That itself must have great value?. I’ve also noticed that most companies in this field have been established far longer than 4d. Big testament to how far they have come in six years. Multiple Phase II’s in a relative short period of time.

Whilst on the subject of trump, I’m certainly no fan and would like to see him out of office ASAP. The only thing about him I would say that has been a tick in his box is that he hasn’t gone to war with anyone, least nothing he didn’t inherit anyways. Obama dropped more drones than any other president, bush lied to the American people as did Blair to us about WMD to go to war on a lie in Iraq, leading to regional instability for decades and the rise of ISIS. Normally a republican gets in the White House and you can guarantee a major conflict.
