Can someone explain what all this means for the WFT liabilities/implications? I see this as key for HBR to grow irrespective of deals and acquisitions. The WFT is here to stay irrespective of a Lab or Con govt in the next GE. I know there was talk of taking over Talos to get a listing on the NYSE but that has clearly not worked out? How does these acquisitions help HBR to avoid WFT when they are still listed on the FTSE?

If shorters are exiting positions, won't that help the share price to rise? See Petrofac.
