Just for the record. I offered a valuation of 0.5p per bcf long before FD came up with a valuation, and then I offered an adjusted valuation of 0.4p per bcf, after the last Placing, I did round down my exact amount !

The NOMAD will be directing REVB with reference the LSE AIM Rules.

Basically Bob will have a list of items to check off, once completed, NOMAD approach LSE and gain approval, RNS to announce when trading resumes.

So far nothing at all to make me wince in the last few RNS, putting house in order, corporate governance front at centre, full transparency.

We need a confirmed date for the CMD and resumption in trading, I suspect Bob is saving the best until last and we will gain both very close together for maximum bang, shock and awe, blow the bloody doors off.

I am very relaxed with my large position - let’s wait and see. We are gradually ticking off all the outstanding issues, thanks to Bob and the team.

CMD will be a force multiplier effect, lots of financial press, FT, IC, Brokers etc.

As the sheer scale of the discovered gas mounts, you can expect the achieved price to drop somewhat, the achieved price will not be linear.

Not unusual for the filing or change Director to take a number of days to actually work through the system.

Further to my last, I fully expect Bob has a plan to drive the business forward, ambitious but achievable annual growth targets, tight cost controls, selection of geographical areas to target expansion.

With new leadership at the helm, the support of banks, confidence restored in the long term viability of the Co, and an eye on a joint US Listing, the sky is the limit.

With Bob’s background and experience, plus connections, this is all achievable.

Let’s get the shares trading, CMD info in the public domain and see what the market thinks.

A US listing is exactly where the BOD will take REVB. If not announced at the CMD, soon after.

The US Market is far more likely to accept the previous mistakes, and new Management, with a proven track record, giving likely very lofty valuations in a high growth Co with large margins, a NY Broker will salivate as he brings II and PI onboard as the next ELF, with an established growing customer base and more large population centres in other parts of the world, to expand and grow the Co, giving rise to rapid growth.

Bob’s share options will be very valuable. This might be Bob’s swan song prior to retirement.

All to play for.

I would suggest £550m by year end would be a reasonable expectation, perhaps much more.

I reckon tomorrow for the main RNS, time to absorb it over the long weekend, trading resumes on Tuesday.

If the issue is stated as BDO, then it is BDO, lets please stop the conspiracy theories now, otherwise by the end of a long weekend, the rumor will be BH has vanished whilst on holiday in Boswell N.M.
