We watch the Sp rise !

It seems to me, Minister Ryan has shot himself in the foot, a small Co (due lack of finances) cannot have a SA, therefore if Vermillion wish to go ahead, either through a JV or outright purchase, Ryan will have to say yes.

It’s almost as if Ryan has thought of a cunning plan that will get him out of the predicament that he has caused.

What might that mean for PRD, perhaps a JV with Vermillion or an outright sale of our 50% of our Irish assets.

I suspect movement in IRL will not be far off.

Meanwhile in Morocco, talk of 126 sq km, primarily Gas, plus some oil. The newly ordered CPR P50 case, could indeed be staggering, shock and awe, blow the bl@@dy doors off, the sort of figure I have said for over a year.

Everything lining up nicely, having patience will pay off massively.

All though we have lots of missing data, some missing info can be roughly applied, my best guess is the possibly M.Cap after re-listing should be approx £350-£410m, then maybe a premium paid if there is interest in a takeover, driving the M.Cap to a 10-15% ATH.

The above assumes no real nasties, all the accounts are published, a very bullish CEO statement, especially covering actual and future expansion plans, Xmas trading, bank covenants not breached on a 3 monthly rolling test and possible future plans.

It should now be apparent to all that PG & Lonny’s combined knowledge base re Morocco adds up to 40+ years of experience.

The goal posts are moving are a rapid pace, why ? I suspect many many factors are at play, all influencing the daily narrative.

To an outsider looking in, we are mystified as to the why’s & wherefores of all the changes, not helped by zero explanation from PG.

But from the inside PG & Lonny (closely aligned with SH) this must seem like steering an F1 car are Monte Carlo, adapting rapidly to every twist and turn of the changing corporate story.

Consider where we are now and all the changes we have witnessed in the last 12 months, the story is rapidly unfolding in front of us, I suspect we will look back and when the full story finally emerges of the greater MOU area, and then the secrets of our License area reveal themselves, all will become clear.

The new sand perforating tool, probably at least double the gas thicknesses, huge uplift in gas, higher pressures, MOU - 4 now talk of 126 sq km, the use of AI, Nutech steering PG & Lonny’s decisions, Moroccan Govt pushing for success and last but not least, GRH knowledge and his satellite Co and his track record.

I leave you to reach your own conclusions. As always, a huge amount of data in the public domain, follow the breadcrumbs, DYOR and DD.

A year ago I postulated we would find 19Tcf, across the Morocco license area, all the pointers are there.

Buy or sell PRD, it will not change the outcome.

Timing as always is the one factor that is impossible to pin down.

For better or worse, we now have a clearer plan, hopefully the last change, we have much larger possibility of larger quantities of gas.

Drilling into the Jurassic could find a massive field.

I think there is a good chance we are back to the original plan, ie keep 100% of our License.

Overall I am VERY relaxed. We have CASH and a better PLAN with more possible gas to discover through the latest technology, and no explosives (keep the TNT to blow the bloody doors off)

Warpaint vs REVB.

I’m not sure they are an exact comparison as Warpaint pay a dividend, however looking at each purely on an EV comparison - I would respectfully suggest REVB could certainly 7 bag from the current suspension mid price of circa 18.75p, and perhaps much higher subject to historical less than optimum news, yet buoyed by hopefully excellent Xmas trading, expansion news and a bullish FLS.

Everything to play for.

We require a very detailed RNS, full transparency and facts, lots of facts to draw a line under past acts and to create a solid foundation for the future.

Subject to details within the ‘RNS’ I fully intend to buy more shares on opening as this could be a massive recovery story of gargantuan proportions.

After PG’s latest interview the only thing we know for certain is that SH are yet again confused !

If one reads all the BB posts, it seems very evident the ‘known knowns’ are becoming less obvious and the possible grey area’s seem to be creeping in.

I for one would be grateful for some real clarity from the May 18th event, as I am no longer exactly sure what our short, medium and long term plans are.

Morocco - PG has rotated away from the original plan and moved the goal posts yet again.

Many on here were expecting many many multi bags, and a fairly short to mid term sale, instead the big picture is one of a quick fire sale and a dividend of unknown amounts over the next X years.

After 4+ years invested, my retirement beckons and the focus with PG seems to be moving from Morocco………… if this is about the Moroccan Govt basically forcing PRD out, where is our power to negotiate from a strong, robust position, to obtain a fantastic deal. It seems PG mentioning 10% is already trying to manage expectations.

The good news is a possible indicative value of 40 bcf = approx $175m - the greater MOU fan area might contain 800 bcf, maybe much more, so a great short term gain, but clearly currently the entire license might be sold out from under us, jam tomorrow. Someone mentioned this threat 2 years ago, the area is far too valuable.

Let us see what May 18th brings us, another change of plan ???

I hope and expect the first RNS in a couple of weeks, why ? Because the style and tone of the last RNS has changed.

Moving forward, given all the very bullish news that is out in the market about REVB, plus our competitors are all thriving, REVB is focused on the lower price segment in the market, but our Margins are excellent, large organic growth in the USA, unless we get exceptionally bad news in the RNS, I see a very healthy recovery in the SP.

In fact if the BOD have managed to curtail the worst excesses of the previous management and the ‘bad’ news is in fact historical tied in with a lot of positive statements about the growing business, with utter clarity on past events, and how the business can and will move forward, raw material pricing under control, EBITDA increasing and a bullish trading statement, then I can see the SP testing a new all time high within 6 months.

This could turn out to be THE RECOVERY STOCK OF 2023.

165p ATH down to 13p, recovery to 19p prior to suspension.

Subject to the details in the forthcoming RNS, I intend to double down and buy an additional large tranche (circa 140,000 shares) to match my original purchase of 140,000 @ 14p.
