For people who do not respond well to cryptic comments, please allow me to spell out the possibility’s in plain speech.

PRD are VERY VERY likely to confirm over 2Tcf in the greater MOU area, which currently covers less than 5% of our total current license area.

In addition PG has already stated that he & Lonny have already identified multiple other target area’s, plus the likelihood of hugely significant multi millions of barrels of oil.

A very experienced O&G geologist I know with real world experience in Morocco, has looked at all the evidence, his opinion is we will in time discover a total resource approaching 19Tcf of gas and 600m barrels across our license.

We are about to enter an extremely busy news/operational period, plus Sunday Lunch plus presentation.

I fully expect massive SP appreciation over a very time frame.

I cannot spell it out any better. All the evidence is there, in the public domain.

COS for MOU is very very good.

If the RNS clears up the historical issues over hanging the Co, Results published, plus unaudited last 6 months Trading, inc Xmas trading, clarity on factory valuation and amounts/timescale agreed on future payments, plus a Forward looking trading statement, if all looks good, I can see a massive opportunity to pile in at 08:01 and BUY as I suspect it might take a few days for the price to settle as people read and absorb the details within the RNS.

In the background is BOO, this alone will force more buying as the thought of a Takeover is obvious.

So far from selling my 140,000 shares, I am seriously thinking of buying more once I have read the RNS.

So be ready for next week, as the last 5 trading days will take us to the end of April (maybe. Earlier)

I am starting to think this could settle far closer to 100p after possibly a slow start on resumption of trading, but climb, climb, climb towards 100p within the first 2 weeks of May.

GL, patience I hope will reward us all.

Perhaps in addition to Satellite spectral analysis, which can be very expensive, new technology can be used.

Drones that have digital sniffers can locate oil and gas seepages rapidly, cheaply and accurately.

It might be of use in time, or as a twin track approach in conjunction with satellites.

As I mentioned yesterday PG & Lonny have already declared there are numerous further targets within our license area that show a lot of interest.

Re the shipping of oil, have you looked at the Moroccan train system ? Quite extensive for ex from Casablanca heading NE to Fez, and onwards to Oujda.

Some other Co logistics issue to export any oil.

Exciting times, got a feeling PRD is like a pregnant sow, a lot of maneuvering, getting into position and then…. Bang, many things happening in quick succession.

I forgot to add PG & Lonny have stated they have multiple other target area’s high on their list.

How have they formed this list ? What historical info are they privy to and what value can be attached to all these other area’s, perhaps to roll in to any possible future deal.

Once we prove up the greater MOU area with 1.8 -4 Tcf, much greater.

Then we must consider the improved chance of analogues sands outside the greater MOU area ????

As GRH and others have said, it will be very important to keep stub equity in anything we sell, if at all possible, but obviously it could take many years to fully explore and understand EXACTLY what the greater license area holds.

Might I add that although our current thinking re MOU - 1 where the TGB 2 sands are as you say 12m thick, I just want to emphasize MOU - 1 is at the very edge and as we move towards the ‘main’ prize, the thickness is likely to increase and the press is known to be markedly higher, meaning volumes are much greater.

Then we must consider the analogues sands at anchois 1 were 50 meters and anchois 2 are 150 meters, but ours is likely again to be under very great pressures.

All the above points to a mega gas field or fieldS (Plural) within only 5% of our overall License area. I pose the question, what else might our License hold in terms of further Gas and Oil ???

Agreed, optional, lots of ways not to declare your hand :)

And yes, Micktrick is correct, once someone has purchased 162m shares the price would indeed be a great deal higher.

Currently (if you believe the approx daily volumes) the SP seems to move in a range of 0.3p to 0.5p upwards for each 1.2m volume of buys.

Given the above, anybody building a sizeable stake would probably drive the SP towards 50p, however I’m not convinced we are in a position for a ‘offer’ just yet, BUT the RNS(S) that publishes the results confirming the motherload, then we might see some big purchases and the SP rise substantially.

Just my opinion.

If a TR-1 is published. That would be game on to any serious investor and anybody looking for a quick return.

The current 12 month high is 14p, the longer an interested party waits, the average SP (rolling 12 month) will fall.

If you examine PG’s holding inc Options etc, someone might workout what might produce a nice round number that PG might accept, perhaps with some kind of option to gain a further return as the full field assessment is made.

What is more important to PG as he approaches retirement ? Financial security or the recognition of finding the possibility of a gargantuan field ?

Maybe a little of both……

Keith, a fantastic piece/body of work, but only the tip of the iceberg re PRD’s true VALUE IMO. (T&T will surprise many to the upside, and IRL end game is quite possibly within grasp with the Vermilion news, combined with even more Data centre’s being developed, and only 6 months until winter is upon us all again - still zero rationale behind the new gas fired power stations being built, with only very limited gas to supply them)

Remember my suggested total GIP figure across our License, then look at Keiths splendid calculations again, then look at T&T and IRL.
