MOU - 1 Testing update would be useful.

There has been some mention of North Sea analogous to MOU fans, I have started some research and I agree there is in fact some very positive pointers.

For me it appears every small (or large) pointer only goes to confirm what I have believed for many years, we are sitting on something truly incredulous in size.

When the initial results start to appear via RNS there will be some excitement around the SP, more P.I’s will arrive, then the mainstream news will start to cover the story, then some institutions will start to buy, then there will be a gigantic rush as people start to see and believe the true upside, then a DEAL will be announced.

All we must do is wait and allow PG and Lonny to move the Morocco story forward and Communicate the results (with the Moroccan Government’s approval)

As each bit of the jigsaw falls in to place, I buy more shares, as the COS improves.

The smart money will pounce on this as soon as all the risk subsides, they will pile in at 80p and ride the rise until a buyout is announced.

Standby for 10p, 15p and 20p daily SP increases.

Assuming GRH thoughts are correct and the structure might be 750 sq km, that is approx 1/9th of the total license area !! Prior to handing 25% back.

PG states he knows which area to hand back.

So there is a chance that the remaining 5,000 sq km (after handing back 25%) might hold an additional structure or 2.

I think the term we require to describe the amount of gas we might well be sitting on is a

GOOGOL :)

Bob is just the man to take this Co forward, shake it up a lot, new policies and procedures to strengthen Corporate Governance and then EXPAND EXPAND EXPAND as people switch to cheaper brands during this severe pressure on everyone’s expenditure.

Now run your abacus over the possible true valuation.

You will fall off your seat.

Allowing something (profit after costs) for the very large company that buys the asset, they will require very deep pockets, there is plenty of room for negotiation :)

Whilst treading carefully amongst all the angst on the BB I do have a very real concern (not to drive the price down!!! Before you all misconstrue my comment)

Historically lots of different Co have found large deposits, oil, gas, gold, copper etc, in theory hugely valuable, however the city have failed to ascribe ‘fair value’

Yes I am aware sometimes the reason is unfavorable large loans, CLN, billions of shares etc but other times, even with a CPR, a feasibility study in to the economics of extraction, onshore, low cost, fair value is an aspiration that never firms up.

Given some would say poor Comms at times from the Co in the past, might we find a massive pot of gold and then very little reaction from the city, or the SP shoots up and almost immediately falls back due various ‘Comms issues’

I AM NOT TRYING TO SUPPRESS THE SP, I AM TRYING TO HAVE A REAL DISCUSSION ABOUT FAIR VALUE ATTAINMENT.

Interested to hear GRH’s thoughts on this subject matter, thank you in advance for any real input from anyone who might care to reply.

I would imagine Bob is equally frustrated by BDO, but we are 90% of the way to finalizing the accounts, BDO hold all the cards.

Strangely no mention of an update on the all important Xmas sales, not even expected by 30th March.

BOO SP firming up ahead of an announcement due soon, on how the BOD will re-focus the business, I expect BOO will make a move on REVB after any update RNS confirming everything is back on solid ground.

Next 2-3 weeks after we start trading could be VERY VERY interesting.

Each time I email, I explain I have a large 6 figure share holding, and respectfully ask if he is able to allay my fears & worries.

Out of 3 emails, he has replied to 2 emails.

He told me not to panic, I shall take him at his word.

7 trading days until we must have an update, hopefully next week…. and not left to the last day.

I am feeling bullish, let’s see the RNS and we can decide what the SP might do on resumption of trading

I expect the devil will be in the detail of hopefully a very exact RNS.

Closing the door on the investigation, outcome and how this will never occur again, Accounts filed with complete transparency on past write downs, plus a statement from the CEO on robust procedures, in time, a change of Accountants.

Detailed update on Trading, perhaps a comment on our new major shareholding in BOO.

Confirmation re Bank covenants. FCF position etc

To fully restore confidence some of the BOD could purchase shares (if allowed, due closed periods etc)

All of the above would massively restore confidence, the better the RNS, more visibility for BOO to make an offer………..

The next 7 days should see an RNS

For the record I completely concur re a huge field, split by numerous fractures, you are not the only person with a highly experienced chum who is a very well respected geologist with extensive time on the ground in NW Morocco, hence my putting a number on what PRD are likely sitting on = 19 tcf
