Given the known knowns, and all the known unknowns, if PG tells a story of if’s and buts but zero meat on the bone - then sadly it is a PR exercise ahead of some sort of raise and then 3p incoming…..

If on the other hand he gives a solid performance with no ‘fluff’ - just the facts Ma’am just the facts, backed up by an RNS on Monday, I would suggest a recovery to 7p-8p.

Either way, 3p could be an amazing entry point ahead of a raise to move things along rapidly.

7p+ would hopefully stop all the conjecture from Charlotte etc and we could get back to the drill.

We may not need a raise, or we could strike a deal with SV ??

Either way we are very close, possibly to a far far bigger prize due the mud seal, bad news can become good news.

2 interviews to explain the situation, restore confidence, followed by hopefully MOU 1 testing results….. then IF we need to raise some cash, it would be off a much higher SP, and far less dilution.

Then pay SV and progress/complete MOU 2, then fully test MOU 2 and interconnection 1 & 2.

RNS results, hopefully with confirmation of a commercial rapid rollout of CNG business.

When the Mud engineer has arrived at his/her calculation (already done) PRD (Lonny) will use their contacts to order in whatever additive we require, PG should know approx how long this should take, and should certainly be able to provide a date at the presentation on the 1st.

Let the logistical issue get sorted and then let the drill bit carry on for just 240m.

Then we will all know after testing of MOU 2 where we sit.

Meanwhile MOU 1 testing to go ahead.

Makes mention of possible Frigg field analogy - Frigg gas field, approx 6 Tcf

Some on here are assuming the next 240m to TD will have the same mud type, unlikely.

We will have to change the additive type, then continue drilling until we exit whatever thickness of ‘clay’ we have encountered, then we may have to swap out the new additive, and revert to something similar we have used on the first part of the drill.

If we can access whatever the mud engineers require, we will probably get to TD inside 10-14, allowing for swapping out, possibly twice.

This is bread and butter to our very experienced team. More a logistics issue.

The most common methods of dealing with reactive clays are dilution, clay inhibitors, dispersants, surfactants and clay flocculants. Not a huge problem

Imagine a possible raise might push the 2 large SH in to a sale of their shares to BOO, they probably do not wish to participate in any possible raise, or cannot afford it, they might have significant costly legal issues to resolve.

Keeping their shares will force a dilution on them, interesting conundrum for them.

BOO hold all the cards going forward.

Or put it another way.

Lets say BOO buyout the 2 large SH at 85p, trading resumes, SP will rise towards 80-85p.

BOO can now buyout the Co, BOO average purchase price is below trading price.

BOO now have a new division, strong CASH FLOW, PROFITABLE, ASSET on books for less than the cost to purchase, a huge win for BOO.
