First of all thank you Keith Oz for highlighting a possible valuation.

Currently PRD is an unproven or partly unproven story to most in the City and to the vast majority of oil Co.

However 3-4 months from now, assuming all testing complete, or as much as PG might have planned, currently, a very different story will be emerging from the desert.

I have a vision, more Lawrence of Arabia, PG riding in on a camel, sand blowing, Oasis, a long table, around it sitting Executives from many major oil Co and a few SWFunds, in the distance, a glimpse of the GME pipeline.

Everyone present having read the CPR’s, the data rooms, all wanting our License due not only to the many many Tcf of gas, the 100’s of millions of barrels, but the stable politics, low taxes and extremely low CAPEX.

Everyone bidding for THE JEWEL

This is a true journey of gigantic wealth creation, over a VERY short timescale = the perfect storm.

Once the City wakes up to the opportunity, the SP will be unstoppable.

I am still buying, never imagined I could still buy at 7p. 3 months time the cat might be out of the bag.

Assuming Keith is correct, and it makes perfect sense, then I and others owe a huge apology to PG & Lonny for their grand corporate skulduggery!!

It would appear that we could be sitting on the greatest TIME vs VALUE curve of all time.

Generational wealth creation is what I expect, a power to do good.

I expect PG has the DG on speed dial.

Our relationship with ONHYM is critical, forged by years of meetings. In fact the better description is a Partnership, this will only strengthen on confirmation of a sizable Gas (oil) discovery.

I have moved my expected dates for proper analysis of results to mid summer, allowing for lengthy detailed testing, communication of said results through the office of the ONHYM and eventual release of news via a detailed RNS.

As always, it is the time element that is impossible to pin down.

I take your very valid point and agree we have no clarity, I suspect a quiet word has been had and as long as BDO are working on the Audit there will be no issue, which sadly means BDO have all the power….

I am profoundly disappointed at this latest delay, in a long list of delays and broken promises.

Bob must be absolutely gob smacked at the Auditors lack of progress, however Legal action is probably not the way forward, BUT a hefty discount off the not inconsiderable Fee might help.

What does all this mean ? I am sorry but I do not think a T/Over is being agreed, I do think the extra month might well play in to our hands, extra time to move the business forward, allow the Senior team to further re-shape the business, big Contracts to be awarded and whatever Bob’s long term vision for the business to be enacted.

The wider cosmetics market is bullish, the general markets might be more bullish in another month, and whatever increased energy costs REVB have experienced will be coming down in line with lower gas and oil prices.

Let us hope this is the last delay, in fact I am hoping Bob will deliver early.

This morning was a perfect opportunity to update shareholders on MOU - 1 Testing progress and with 2 months since MOU - 2 suspension of drilling, an ideal time to update the wider market re a solution (no pun intended) to the mud issues encountered.

As always, only half a story, little or no facts……….

I have supreme confidence this will come good, but what a repetition of poor coms.

Some people will state it has to be this way, I agree for some of these things, for the very reasons given, but not EVERYTHING requires a cloak of secrecy, obscurity and lack of clarity/transparency!!!

Nothing cryptic in the following.

Anyone not already starting to join the dots of the possible size of the prize need to consider the following.

If you consider the overall surface area PRD are currently drilling/testing, and then consider the area does not become defined by straight lines on a map, the current area is likely to grow in size, possibly quite considerably as each drill steps out to define an ever growing area, each hopefully adding massive value to the previously defined area.

Best scenario currently 1.4 to 1.8 tcf, but with the above statement I expect these figures to increase substantially- just for the greater MOU fan structure, probably 4-5 Tcf being the eventual figure.

Now this is just ONE structure, perhaps growing to somewhere between 4% to 7% of our current total license area.

PG has already stated he and Lonny have already identified other additional prospectS (Plural)

This is why my total target I expect we will discover across our license (shallow targets) is approx 19 Tcf.

Then we must consider much deeper targets inc oil, possibly 100’s of millions of barrels.

If the gas is there and there at the quantities (and P) PG and Lonny think, then the M/Cap will be approaching the tens of Billions, yes you read that correctly. IT IS ALL THERE TO SEE.

In the meantime keep a watching brief on IRL - our 50% share in those 2 licenses are worth a huge amount, I have a feeling everyone will run out of patience with the IRL Government and a big ‘hitter’ will seek clarity through the Courts.

Lastly the oil price has softened, yet winter 23/24 is not far away, underinvestment in oil will see the price strengthen as world production cannot keep up with demand.

Going long in oil right now might be a very prudent investment, just ahead of a long steady increase in oil.

Finally the poor people of Ukraine are in their second year of war against Russia……. Who would have thought. Putin will get ever more desperate.

Re NY Listing, I agree it should be discussed as a medium term gaol, lets see the details of the RNS with I suspect complete transparency.

Us poor SH have waited and waited for both of these, until we see both, we are in a ‘holding pattern’

If I have learnt nothing else in share trading, TIME is the most moveable feast, time drifts, investors lose interest and SP slowly collapses………

If everything is proceeding as laid out in the last RNS, we can expect a new very detailed RNS with a bumper update re Xmas trading, resumption of share listing plus some forward guidance.

The journey has been a long and winding road.

To quote Vinnie Jones ‘it’s been emotional’

My hope is to study the RNS and if all good, I shall buy more shares and sit waiting for the SP to recover, in time, reaching new highs.

It was not too long ago REVB M/Cap was nearing £500m, today as we sit here with the shares suspended our M/Cap is approx 1/10th of that previous high.

Looking forward towards say Sept, the shares will have been trading for approx 6 months, we will have clarity on many issues that right now are just not known or reconciled, but we have many pointers to help us imagine what may lay ahead for the future SP.

The company has continued trading, some indications point to a robust Xmas period

New Management will have put in place many new accounting procedures, Governance will be first rate (a takeover, in the future, the new Co DD will be far easier after everything that has occurred)

Bob has a great track record as seen as a very safe pair of hands

The Accounts will be published along with a very detailed statement

BOO bought their shares for some very logical reasons

US trade seems to be picking up and really accelerating

I am not focused on the SP on the day we start to trade again,, I am focused 6-15 months from now, I fully expect Bob will be taking this Co forward with huge plans, distribution, Licensing, new global area’s.

This could well be Bob’s swing song, he will want to go out on a Corporate high.

I am focused on a billion GBP M/Cap, you might be surprised how quickly we can get there.

Let’s just see where this journey takes us, multi multi Tcf opportunity.

Every indicator is pointing to huge reserves within our License area.

Allow Lonny to do what he is very experienced in doing. I think we will turn the corner big time in 3-5 months, then let us see what we have established around the greater MOU area, however I suspect it will be late next year before we can maximize full value potential.

Short term an interview from PG would help answer lots of questions…..

Hi C.Bee, I would have been happier if there was clear mention of a ‘buffer’ for project cost over run in the current market conditions, supplies, logistical issues even Ramadan can maybe slow everything down, a £250k buffer itemized would be prudent !!

Having read todays RNS many many times I am of the opinion we may never complete MOU - 2, PG will spin the story that because of X Y and Z our focus is now MOU - 3 and whilst this may be completely true and accurate, IF I am correct, why not just say so ???

The lack of clarity from very early in the Co RNS history, almost 5 years, and PG’s ability to draft a credible clear transparent RNS is lacking in the extremism.

LONNY please twist PG’s arm and get a whole host of queries clarified on an interview, preferably an interview with someone who understands the situation from a SH perspective, fully briefed and who knows enough about PRD to back PG in to a corner and ask searching questions.

Reading the BB, a number of SH, even long term genuine holders need answers PLEASE !
