You lot deserve to lose your money if you’ve no idea what you’re invested in.

Money already taken and invested in GGS etc. Bond issue doesn’t give more money and again you know all the bonds will eventually become shares so why are you moaning?

Equally why are you surprised? Every time there’s a glut of sales in big numbers two or three days later the Bonds RNS comes. Forward sold every single time.

It’s such a blatant pattern yet you post like you’re shocked by it?

You’re like a traders paradise as you have zero understanding. The bonds will be issued every single month until the full billion shares are in issue. Accept that. Counter to that that the production will steadily rise so the company will get wealthier over time and its company value.

Production will increase even quicker if the JV of RBL are signed.

Then one day the company value caused by production increases will exceed the debt and you can divide that value by the number of shares in play and see a true value SP. Or the production looks so exciting that a take over approach is made which values the company at barrels of oil booked x $ per barrel.

There’s your big fat pay day when it happens.

Meanwhile today MMs will drop the SP and it’ll get fuelled by traders or bed wetters. As the bonds are already sold and gone, then supply will be less than MMs want so price will then go back to probably around where it is now.

Evening, I have put together something that might help a few people understand our possible future valuation as it is not the case that as we discover more and more gas the value will increase in a linear fashion.

Some will agree that a base valuation is 0.4p per Bcf or 400p per Tcf, what is harder to understand is whatever gas we discover after 3-4 Tcf will be worth less.

The reason is that a ceramic factory will pay a very reasonable sum for fairly small amounts of CNG, however once we have found sufficient gas to extract above the sales requirements to local suppliers, we will sell the gas as G2P or G2EUR at much reduced sums.

Hence the figures below might be of some use.

Assuming 490m shares and flat rate (no discount of 400p per Tcf)

1 to 4 Tcf . full value - therefore per Tcf =400p

5 to 8 Tcf - apply a 50% discount

8 to 12 Tcf - apply a 65% discount

12 to 16 Tcf - apply a 75% discount

16 Tcf and above apply a 80% discount

If we found 10 tcf the value would equal approx £27 per share or an M/Cap of £13 billion

However PG has stated his intention is to create a CNG business and sell off the rest.

So now assume we initially only discover 4Tcf and sell off the balance of the field, keeping Stub equity.

Some rough estimates indicate a likely Divi of 55p per share pa, if 15 Tcf is found and extracted over 20 years.

Not everyone/anyone will agree with my figures, but it sure is interesting playing around with the variables to see where we might be.

Evening, has anyone else noticed ZEUS CAPITAL are not only our NOMAD but also BOO’s NOMAD…….

I am not sure how long that can continue, even if different people represent each Co under the ZEUS umbrella and no doubt ZEUS will claim a ‘Chinese curtain’ exists between interested parties.

Knowing the NOMAD’s/Brokers, a lot of tittle tattle gets talked about around the coffee machines and copiers etc.

I am sure Bob is all over this, but maybe we should at least consider another NOMAD.

I am very happy with my sizable investment, focused on a long term return, let’s move forward.

After todays signal from the BOD, everyone should take great solace in the large share purchases, I would not rule out other BOD purchases very soon.

I suspect we will be free of BOO’s interference very soon and allowed to prosper unencumbered, with a resultant higher SP.

The market moves slowly sometimes and today was no better example…. We should all take BH confident large purchase as a massive buy signal.

The SP will start to recover next week, our M/Cap is way undervalued and the city will wake up.

As good as todays purchase was as a signal of intent, it was not the ‘left field’ play I am expecting.

Volume is 4 x average daily volume at approaching 16m shares, this shows good liquidity, healthy volume.

expect a spud RNS any day to kick off MOU - 4 drilling, the SP will recover and move up to create new M/Cap ATH’s.

One thing worries me, BH asked SH to do nothing for the moment, that could leave the door open to a legal challenge from BOO

7m buys vs 3m sells, tells you everything.

Clear out the last remaining sellers and I expect the SP to move up strongly over the next 5-8 trading days.

I would hope that a FGSA is announced in preference to another raise.

A FGSA would be a very big endorsement for PRD and therefore the City.

A FGSA ticks a huge box for Confidence, another company (local) has completed their DD and have agreed to put up a large sum to further our ambitions, to both companies benefit.

I imagine any company stepping up would earn a little respect from the Moroccan government, as they are helping unlock the treasure hidden below the greater MOU Fan area.

I do also wonder if the drilling Co might be tempted to be ‘creative’ and think outside the box.

Either is better than another Placing.

As for certain Co not wishing to trade with REVB if BOO won the vote, that is a shot over the bow to warn BOO and can be used as evidence if a legal challenge is mounted or we require a legal Defense. Excellent.

Not sure if you were tongue in cheek, but a billion GBP is under selling our growing assets in Morocco by a large factor !!

1 TCF = approx 400p however the valuation is not linear, the price will drop the more we find, as discussed on this BB many times, due lower payments for G2P etc

However if we achieved for ex 400p for the first 3 TCF

Then the next Co (the Co who buy our Morocco license) pay a Divi as they discover more and more gas…….

Your TCF calculations ONLY account for less than 7% of the license area.

19 TCF is very achievable

Perhaps the doubters might start to believe in the figures as things start to take shape, a CPR will help cement the possible figures.
