Hi RH, I’ve taken a watch and wait approach, however I agree with some observers that BOO’s position as a ‘unknown known’ is the major impediment to a strong bounce in the price. The day BOO withdraw, the price will move rapidly north and I expect we will test 70p maybe 100p within 3 sessions.

The downside is minimal, I do not believe BOO can afford to buy and pay off the banks, they will not progress without the banks, who I am certain would much rather support REVB/BH.

So on reflection I am strongly of the opinion that REVB will win with support from the banks.

As for the Auditors, they should have only been re-awarded the Contract if they committed to an on time Accounts sign off.

In my experience anytime you have a consortium the entire project slows down, which then leads to cost overrun and then infighting as the blame game starts.

KOM surely will want to fast track this giant project, the best way to ensure project success will be to incentivize the winning bidder, perhaps with time related goals.

This will require very deep pockets not just to buy our License but to go ahead and fast track a development to maximize the new jewel in the crown of the KOM.

Again I stress do not just focus on the gas, there could be billions of barrels of oil, we require a share of what is found. I expect PG has a very good idea of how to structure a very good deal for SH, namely he and Lonny, plus us mere mortals.

Someone mentioned earlier today to watch out for the larger trades, I expect the larger trades to start to show their hand very soon.

No one be in doubt we are not another Cove, we are much bigger.

If that is proven to be correct (and I do not doubt GRH’s view - in fact I have a similar view)

I have said a number of times we will find 19 Tcf, however I am having to brace myself that I could have underestimated by quite a sizable amount.

Perhaps, just perhaps we are sitting on one gigantic connected field spread across most of our license.

If that is proven in probably 4 - 6 weeks after testing, PG & Lonny will have found the biggest onshore gas field in the last twenty years.

Perhaps on a scale of Leviathan but with much much lower costs and a far better tax regime, just a few km from the European pipeline.

What will a super major pay to achieve ownership. It is my opinion only a super major will gain approval from the Moroccan Government - as large development costs will be required to fast track the project. 4+ bidders are likely.
