If I may quote K/Oz
‘2. No need to sell through a broker - by the end of the month various characters will be phoning you with offers to sell off-market. ‘
That is an entirely plausible suggestion, which should tell you a number of things…..
A. Someone REALLY REALLY wants your shares, the question you have to ask yourself is why ??????
A company building a stake, possibly hostile, possibly not ?
A company figures the shares have much further to go (up)
You decide
However the CPR will give us a much more detailed picture, and it can offer some Defense against a hostile bid, why ? Because the higher the SP, the more costly a hostile bid, and this also strengthens our hand in negotiations for any non hostile bidder(s)
I see a MOU - 4 RNS, perhaps holding back on details, testing, followed by a more detailed RNS, then the CPR they are currently working on, with all the test info inserted, inc info from Nu-Tech/independent third party, then the CPR publication.
Then standby for the games to begin, whoever breaks first with a low ball bid, will be followed by higher and higher bids.
I take you back to point A, do not sell too early or if you are here for any divi, just sit and wait.
