I’m with Keith on this, I would not be surprised at the plan changing, PG & Lonny are managing a very dynamic situation.

The info coming to them from various quarters will be very large in volume and detail, with special emphasis from NuTech.

The Co undertaking the CPR will not have been furnished with all the info once commissioned to create the CPR, the info will come in fits and starts.

PG offered guidance of weeks (we are at 4 weeks now) plus input/Authorisation required from ONHYN, I expect to wait up to another 2 weeks.

Will the wait be worth it ? You betcha

This new CPR will finally show the world what we already suspect, then we will test the greater MOU fan area, drill MOU - 5 and test, update the CPR again and pop a ‘For Sale’ sign up.

All the above completed by late Sept/Oct.

4+ years in the making, 3 months to reach across the finish line.

Think in terms of Billions of M/Cap, this will generate enormous wealth for 20, 30 maybe 40 years and a dividend each year with our Stub equity.

One thing most reasonable LTH here can agree on is by whatever metric you examine PRD’s likely return to SH via VALUE CREATION, the likely returns are mind blowing.

Add GRH and Cubes assessments of the size of the immediate prize and the much larger prize over the license area and anyone can see SH are sitting pretty.

If you follow through to a logical conclusion of gas on a gigantic scale, Triassic, Jurassic, greater numerous shallow fans and 10 Tcf, 20 Tcf, maybe 30 Tcf is very possible, or as GRH intimates, an altogether bigger, multi structure, possibly the largest onshore gas discovery in the last 20 years…. in which case we may have 50 Tcf+

The M/Cap might get crazy very soon, as the secrets are unveiled by the next CPR.

Then flow testing, then MOU - 5 then probably an additional test and an updated CPR.

Will there be one more Placing? Yes BRING IT ON, VALUE ACCRETIVE YES !!!

As per the US Geological Survey (USGS) estimates, the entire Leviathan Basin holds a mean approximation of 1.7 billion barrels of recoverable oil and a mean of 122 trillion cubic feet of recoverable gas. If Morocco gas is going to produce multi Tcf and worth $ Billions

T&T value along similar amounts compared to Morocco, according to PG.

IRL could be monetised with a value of multiple Billions (50% share to PRD) unlocked by a near term deal in Morocco.

The icing on the cake is the likely billions of barrels of oil within our license in Morocco.

So multiple bites of the cherry, each one worth $ Billions.

PG & Lonny are rapidly moving forward, derisking the project, next week will be 4 weeks since the promise of both the Prospectus and a new CPR, within ‘weeks’

I have never felt more relaxed about my PRD investment nor owned more than today.

Proving up MOU - 1 to -5 will give us the funds to fully unlock the VALUE CREATION IN BOTH our assets in IRL (multi USD billions - we have signed NDA’s with global players) plus our new asset in T&T which PG states will be worth a similar amount as Morocco.

Morocco + IRL + T&T = tens of BILLIONS $$$$$

We know there is gas, possibly far more than we thought, as always it comes down to the timing of a deal, but the mega deal may surprise a few.
