The only theory I can image is CHAR wishing to move rapidly into drilling in their newly assigned onshore license, PG has been advised by Star Valley that CHAR require our rig and unless we commit and pay, we could lose the rig, hence the massive rush to raise.

It’s a theory, might be rubbish.

My other theory is we require funds for an additional license that borders our own license…..

A few months ago PG asked we trust the Management, none of us have any idea what was the rationale behind the timing and pricing of the latest raise.

I shall wait before passing final judgment as we only have half the story.

Just my ramblings to show what is possible, but I would be first to concede we need the CPR to direct us to a more accurate understanding, and another drill or maybe 2.

Lets hope we have the CPR published as early as tomorrow

Taking Keiths figures from his posting on 14th June - I have created a volumetric spread sheet where I can change all the figures in the calculation.

The range of possible GIP re MOU - NE/5 is jaw dropping, from

3.8 tcf for a very thin yet uniform thickness, all the way up to 38.1 Tcf.

I would respectfully suggest everyone spend a few hours messing around with their own S/S.

Then remember there are many more targets across the license with similar characteristics, oh and do not forget the possible oil (likely multi billion barrel OIP)

Hi Silverfoil, I think you will be cheered by the inferred figures when we see the CPR, we will be a multi billion Co, sooner than many people think.

I am expecting a bull market in PRD SP starting immediately after publication of the CPR, lasting for a number of months, sometime during that run up on the SP, we will drill into the sweet spot in the Jurassic, then a further climb.

But I would find that close to incompetent - a legal document, VERY misleading to investors!!

Someone just pointed out to me the following buried in the small print of the RNS….

Predator is operator of the Guercif Petroleum Agreement onshore Morocco which is prospective for Tertiary gas less than 10 kilometres from the Maghreb gas pipeline. The MOU-1 well drilled in 2021 is being prepared for a follow-up testing programme to coordinate with a further drilling programme to move the project to a CNG development stage.

SO YES A FURTHER DRILLING PROGRAM, I will presume into the juicy thick Jurassic target, dangerous to presume, but maybe PG will explain in an interview very soon.

It’s been a tough couple of days for SH, but we will have £10m in the bank very shortly, we still own the full 75% of our Moroccan license, no banks control us and zero debt.

Prospectus and CPR To arrive shortly, one spare well head for MOU -5, 126 sq Km target area, a whole bunch of similar targets, added bonus of finance for CM in T&T.

It would be good to hear from PG as I suspect the plan might have been tweaked again.

As we have seen huge change is possible for the SP over a few days, let’s see if that is going to happen and a recovery takes place with the CPR publication.

GRH, with the greatest of respect would you consider representing the SH collective, if we can persuade PG/Lonny to accept you as unofficial adviser, re any additional future raises and future negotiations on selling assets.

It might impact your ability to buy and sell at various times, but hopefully we would all gain from your deep knowledge of such matters.

I have had my confidence in PG’s financial negotiating skills shall we say, suffer a set back.
