At times I have become less than impressed with PG’s Comms, it has been appalling at times oh and the last Placing, sold down by those in the know, shocking comms.

Anyone having a go at me for venting my frustration, plenty of others have questioned the games played. GRH was hopping mad re the last Placing, so run along and complain to someone else.

As for my ‘agenda’ ridiculous suggestion. The price day to day in influenced by MM, volume Buys vs Sells and inevitable manipulation by MM/sentiment not little old me.

I have a feeling there is a very good chance whilst testing is underway we will also announce drilling of MOU - 5 and add the testing of 5 after a successful drill into the deeper Jurassic prospect (assuming long lead items arrive)

Final word, do not forget the oil on our Morocco license, oil is heading back to $100, there is oil, probably a few billion barrels, it’s not all about the gas, massive value in the oil at $3 pb in the ground, and yes there is a refinery in Morocco, yes the Government would love to see it re-opened!!

I am wholeheartedly pro the prospects of PRD, however I think at times PG treats the loyal SH rather poorly.

If you had been here as long as the real LTH you would know my feelings, timelines slip many many times, not a word from PG.

TBH the biggest problem is finding enough Pilots, I have been in aviation training for 30+ years, I have never seen a pilot shortage like this. Wizz require 6,000 pilots over the next 6 years to match new aircraft deliveries. Plus approx 2,000 more, to replace pilots retiring and leaving for better jobs.

8000 pilots, nearly all will require a Type rating course, the training program is immense utilizing outside ATO’s (Training Co) each new crew (2 pilots) require 18 sim sessions = 72,000 sim sessions over 6 years.

Shortage of Training Captains, sim slots and Pilot shortage to recruit new hires.

You will see WIZZ have to increase the Pay & Conditions by a substantial amount to attract Pilots.

Note a self financed pilot will spend £100k to obtain the lowest qualification (CPL/IR) prior to joining an airline, there are not enough pilots able to invest £100k, hence Pilot shortage.

WIZZ profits will take a hit, they have their head in the sand.

We await confirmation of equipment arriving from France, then testing should begin.

The real news will be TEST RESULTS!!
