I have been approached by my broker a few times, accepted I am inside, briefed and then asked if I wish to take part in the placing.

If I then decided to sell and trade with inside info, that would be illegal.

A fine line.

Gives me massive confidence, they will have seen the Prospectus and CPR as part of their DD, plus lengthy discussions with PG & Lonny.

We will have info through a TR-1

All of this will massively strengthen our position as we plan our future and how to maximise what we have.

Be ready for huge buying on publication of the Prospectus and CPR, remember the single buyer knows enough to take a £7m position and will be smart enough to not sell a single share, as they can see the incredible return open to them in a very short timescale.

That might be the share purchase of the decade.

OF, speed is required, RI takes too long.

I expect the book build is already complete, RNS tomorrow or Wednesday latest.

Maybe a complete change of plan, no drilling of MOU - 5 due input from NuTech, but yes to an extended well test across 3 wells.

£7m seems like a lot of money just to perform a long term test with the newer, cheaper sand jet system, unless there is something found by further detailed analysis by NuTech.

More meat on the bone would be really useful.

Maybe the devil is in the detail of CPR

If you have a look through the FCA website re time to approve a Prospectus, it can be turned around in 4 working days.

This leads me to wonder at the real speed required to get the Placing done at this juncture instead of waiting for the FCA ??

Something going on behind the scenes, or just keen to put a stop on the slide in the SP ?

I think we can expect the Prospectus/CPR within days.

Then we have the finance to TEST TEST TEST and the info from the CPR

So instead of Prospectus and CPR, we have the Placing first whilst we await the FCA sign off.

Not as promised by PG, but anyone wanting an opportunity to fill their boots at 11p ish

M/Cap fallen by £25m in a week, however I expect we will recover rapidly as the SP regains traction.

DYOR/DD and invest as you feel best for you.

A bump in the road

In normal circumstances.

Prospectus and revised CPR will be published, the SP should rebound very strongly and then a Placing will be announced.

However there is a chance that given the market already knows a Placing is coming, the SP rise after the CPR might be a damp squib.

However once the Placing is out of the way, then I expect a meteoric SP increase.

The last Placing on June 28th was at a price of 10.5p, within 25 days the price had doubled, I expect a similar occurrence, but this time we have MOU - 5 drilling and testing across a vast area.

I suggest by the end of October we will be in a very different SP territory.

Interesting that a few of you BB heroes try and defend GRH, yet not one of you can give me a genuine reason for GRH not divulging his position.

Transparency is a good thing in this context.

It is question of full transparency- why should he not declare ? I cannot think of one good reason to hide the info.

A great number of people invested in PRD might feel better knowing if GRH is inside - confidence building if you prefer.
