You make a very good case re CM, we could argue about the exact figures, but I have to agree with your general assessment .

Agree that GRH statement looks a little difficult to quantify. I have little confidence that CM will provide any meaningful contribution to PRD’s bottom line in 2024, and seriously concerned if PG is relying on CM to fund additional planned drilling in Morocco.

As with everything at PRD - a statement made with absolutely no ‘how are we going to achieve this’

The devil is in the detail.

However the focus is currently on Morocco, let’s actually achieve a start date re Testing, with notification via RNS to the SH and wider audience.

I am hugely optimistic of our Moroccan assets, but it’s going to take time to prove up and sell off, striking the correct balance of upfront payment and stub equity.

The share price, coupled with the story/known facts, make for a compelling investment, just on Morocco alone, in a very short timescale.

2024 is the year when PRD start testing, even with a smaller test horizon, we should be able to read across and extrapolate, applying known/expected income, to help arriving at initial valuations.

CNG operation will be finalised and Contracts signed = INCOME GENERATION = VALUE UPLIFT

Three more drills inc deeper Jurassic, gas, oil and Liquids, more testing.

My prognosis of a minimum of 19Tcf, with a likely uplift towards 30 TCF, possibly much much more, as drilling and testing increase our knowledge of the geology.

2024 is our year.

Just need far better Comms, that should be PG’s New Year’s resolution !

Someone posted on the BB a few days ago re Helium. (He)

After MOU 4 I seem to recall some core samples being sent to NuTech for analysis, did we ever hear anything back re the results?? I do not believe we had any results posted.

So we the SH have no idea, even if we have some Helium, which is worth 100 times our gas. Just 0.1 Tcf of He would add an incredible gearing to the end valuation.

If ONHYM are not pushing, plus we do not know all the facts, interesting scenario.

All KNOWN facts look very favourable, but I strongly suggest there are lots of moving parts, some very secretive until PG must show his hand.

Yesterday Director buy, coupled with slowdown of sells might well signify turning point on the sp.

All the rhetoric at the moment, when we should really be focused on some hard facts.

3. We will know after testing what the eventual flow rates are, possibly 3-4 times initial upper plans.

4. Very likely our new partner may well expand their financial interests as the testing reveals the extent of our gas find.

6. More plans re drilling inc PG mentioning oil. I’ve always said the oil could add huge value to the license

Ford 707, I have stated many many times I think we are sitting on a huge amount of gas.

Am I disappointed with yet another delay, but not just another delay, a delay on top of the delay on top of that delay.

Broken promise after broken promise of testing, after numerous raises !!

If you are feeling jolly about this, all it shows me is your naivety, head up your … sheep mentality.

There is nothing wrong with a critical eye, question events and raise ones worries about quite frankly shocking Comms. PG’s credibility as a Executive Chairman is starting to flag.

I think it’s time for both from me. I concur with Jimmy, his comments echo my feelings, I have long thought PG can at times display a level of arrogance, coupled with shocking comms.

I would respectfully suggest each SH email PG and Lonny requesting clarification if the 5th Feb deadline is missed, is there any possibility we could lose the License.

It has been a terrible 18 months of broken promises, repeated raises, with not one single deadline met.

I have zero expectations of any income being produced from T&T next year.

I still hold, but I have so many questions…

Friday is Dec 1st, hopefully not long to see some clarity re testing in Morocco.

Plus the independent review re CM is promised before end of Dec.

MOU - 3, the Jurassic and the oil on our license will, with time, unlock massive riches as another Co (s) takes over the exploration of our license, to fully explore our mega field(s) maintaining our Stub equity, producing dividends for likely decades to come.

The big question is short term, how much gas we can prove up through testing to balance a one off payment, plus extra payments from more than one Co for different interest/assets on our license.

Any payments can be utilised to fast track MOU -5 and MOU - 6 (drilling will average 3 weeks per well) to further improve our knowledge and understanding and enhance payments.

We really are on the cusp of initial MASSIVE VALUE CREATION over the next few weeks, where corporate plans and Ops update will finally reveal the way forward.

I predict a new ATH Market Cap in the next 15 trading days and shortly after the SP increasing by at least 5p a session, then when the full implications of what PRD have discovered and PROVED, I expect to see a SP jump of 12p in a session.

My only question, do you have enough exposure ??
