Subject: Concerns Regarding Misleading Regulatory News Service (RNS) from [Company Name]
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding misleading information provided by [Company Name] through their Regulatory News Service (RNS) announcements. As a vigilant investor and a responsible member of the financial community, I believe it is crucial to address such instances where companies mislead stakeholders through their official channels.
Firstly, I would like to emphasize that I have evidence to support my claim that [Company Name] has disseminated misleading information through their RNS announcements. I have thoroughly reviewed the company's recent RNS releases and have compared them with subsequent developments and public disclosures from reliable sources. It is evident that the company has provided inaccurate and exaggerated information that has led to false expectations and potential financial losses for investors.
In particular, I would like to draw your attention to the RNS announcement released by [Company Name] on [Date], titled [Title of RNS]. The content of this announcement suggested a significantly positive development for the company, leading to a surge in the company's stock price. However, subsequent events and information from independent sources contradicted the claims made in the RNS, revealing a significant discrepancy between the reality and the information provided by [Company Name].
As an investor, I find such misleading practices deeply troubling and detrimental to the integrity and trustworthiness of the financial markets. I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of regulatory bodies, such as the Financial Conduct Authority, to protect investors and maintain the transparency and fairness of the market.
Therefore, I kindly request that the Financial Conduct Authority initiates an investigation into the actions of [Company Name]. This investigation should focus on the accuracy and reliability of the information provided in their RNS announcements and evaluate whether the company has breached any regulatory obligations or engaged in market manipulation.
I also urge the Financial Conduct Authority to take appropriate actions if it is found that [Company Name] has indeed misled investors through their RNS announcements. This may include imposing penalties, issuing public statements to inform the market about the misconduct, and ensuring that the company takes corrective measures to rectify the damage caused by their misleading practices.
Can you perhaps tell people how and where to do that easiest way? If you did it already? Or perhaps templaye letter so everyone know and do that. More complaints will be noticed. I may do template for you guys but perhaps you already have one
Than bunch of crooks taking money from hard working investors. If im trying to get robbed on the street at least i know what’s happening. Here is perfect example of bad crooks robbing hard working investors. Its not about not doing homework properly. Its about foockers feedind lies and promises. I lost some but it doesn’t ‘destroy’ me but maybe some people out there lost their savings or thinking suicidal. There is only way to deal with them how we did in my old Eastern European country back in 90’ and thats not preaty. Maybe than they would learn. Bastards
With such as corruption and inside trading there may be some good news after easter so gareth and other can make wuick 50 percent. Bunch of crooks. If i was them I would b looking over their shoulder. I want to confront some of them and would not b nice
Supposed to be arested. Thieves
Unbelievable
One per hospital? There are apparently 1,257 in the UK. So £6.3m of revenue. Say at 20% gross margin? So gross profit of £1.3m versus annual admin costs of £6m.
So still still a loss-making
It was a last time i gave it a chance and seeing these boards and your chats most of you are silky rainbowchaser with no knowledge whatsoever. Childish silly posts.
Sorry about my English
Great product if brought into market. Life changing for many children and families and i would be happy to be part pf this. Having a product however and selling it are very different things, especially with this company which drives me nuts. Some companies like remote monitored system could not sell antiviral mask during peak of the pandemic so product not always the case. Ask you self if You ready to take that risk. Buy and hold and thats it
I have a feeling lot people here buy by reading a comment than sell next day after reading another comment. Very amateurish
Well smart ass if you werent novice you would know its important to know what type of people invest in your share. Are they naive. Are they scared. Are they easily to manipulate? I have nothing else to say to you. You would not understand anyway
Believing Budd wrote is its worrying
What i learnt from aim
At some point i was 100-300 percent up on verditek, chesterfield resources, monitored system, stx, gdr or few more and i almost never took profit hoping for 30 bagger. My mistake. Only few aim companies move onto bigger things. Take profits in those small companies when you can and move on. Its better to regret missing 20 bagger that so many profits missed. Shame on me
And run
If u want to gamble go casino or research share more thanyou research a tv you about to buy
All broker ratings I would be bankrupt pong time ago. The way broker ratings affect share price movement they should not b disclosed. So many imbeciles are getting affect by it and they have nothing to do with reality. One day 5500. Next day 3000. Another broker 1700. Completely joke
All just promises and nothing else. To pay their salaries. Bastards
Last week was 1800. I told you at time broker rating are useless to take your money. Now you see
Trevor lives? Or is located. I got something to say tohim. This is serious question
