It is an odd situation, IMG have been with Leap for over three years. It would literally be pocket change to buy Leap. If Ed can be believed (L@L) then at this point in the process of an IPO it would already have cost a company a couple hundred K at this pre IPO stage. Like most of us already knew most are waiting for Leap to give value, until then it wont get much better than this. I've topped up and really do believe this will give 50% gain from here, I also would be surprised to see it drift lower until Leap news.

Exactly Barwick. Leap is the only short term catalyst that can ( hopefully ) give a quick large boost in value. Yooma has quite a high valuation for where it is already. Like most in this FFWD pt 2 it will take a few years. Let’s hope for those investing now for a cannabis fund it gives a better return than Jim’s FFWD fund that he named after his wonderful book. Lol. Though tbh there are several Cannabis funds that have achieved over 50% this last year - which is decent considering the cannabis index has hardly moved.

I think Yooma is a decent company but the exchange it’s on is a joke. Just a couple of weeks back it’s shares increased by over 30% on £3k worth of trades. Seeds holding was worth £1m more because somebody bought £3k worth of shares. Then it dropped the same amount on less than £2k worth of trades. All they have to do is use £10k of their cash and their holding in Yooma will increase by around £5m. Lol. Waste of time until it’s on a normal exchange.

We’ve heard it for years. He was originally here for the pounds. Laughing at those who sold at 20p. Fools he said. Lol. That was 4 years back. Yea. Those fools. Pmsl. Even when holdings were sold for a bag of chips more than what they paid ….that was an amazing result. When anyone said anything even remotely True….er ….I mean negative. They were derampers. Best just to have a bit fun with them and wind them up. …even if it were to treble in price…..for a private equity fund it’s been nothing short of amateur ****. I’ve managed to average to a fraction under 8 and happy that I’ll get 50% within a few months. Then I’ll cash most in …..As will many more. Once Leap value is realised it’s a regular fund after that. Best just to look back in a couple of months , don’t think it will do anything for a few months now.

The quicker the better for everyone. They need the cash from Leap if they are to stick to their plans. Not much left in the kitty for new investments. God forbid a raise at these levels it would dilute the f..uck out of the NAV.

TBH. I’m only hanging in for Leap. If I wanted a cannabis fund I’d probably buy into an ETF. There have been a few produced over 50% this past year even though the cannabis stocks haven’t done that well this past year and this has neither done anywhere near that as a cannabis fund or a private equity fund. P1ss poor show from Seed. I’ll probably hold a small amount Barwick but like many have said Leap is the only thing that can give the NAV a huge boost. I’m averaging just under 8p and almost certain at some point I could get 12p in the next 5 or 6 months. I’d be happy with 50% in a few months.

Thought there might have been more buying in cheap today ( I’ve added a decent amount again ) No big buys, mainly sells. Next to no downside from here. I’d be certain of 50 %(more would be nice ) in less than 6 months. Yes it’s been a bag of sh. 1te for years but definitely worth a buy at this price.

Lol. A stake. He’s said he’s had the chance to buy several times but wants to buy when he can buy a substantial amount. Lol. He’s bought a lot of £10k buys in his other interest. Of course most don’t believe the £50m crap. I’m still wary of his quote of not being bothered about what people think and he has a thick skin. Sounds like he knows he’s not going to succeed. Hope I’m wrong. Hoping for 50% from my 8p average and then cashing in most.

I’d like to hear something about Leap. If it is actually heading for IPO then all the paperwork should be all sorted and a date available. If not IPO. Then an update regarding its future. He’s quick enough to talk ****** about £50m MCAP in the next couple of months

Though Ed did say he’s torn between selling our 44% for £9m to a couple of mates he likes to drink with (maybe the same ones who bought Moon) or £29m to a real company.

That’s nothing Barwick. Wait until you see the Leap deal Ed has negotiated for us.

Don’t be silly. Ed will have Leap listed on Aquis in no time at all. I’ll buy a tenners worth on Aquis and it will go up around 300% and Seed will have a £50M MCAP several times each day.

I hope you’re right. True it does look like Leap is the only thing that would get it there . Wednesday should shed some light on it.

Just noticed a recent newcomer 'FWD' just caught my eye. very similar to FFWD as in they invest in start ups etc. That is where the similarities end. They seem to be a real investment company with some good investments and have made very good returns year after year. Notice they are trading over NAV too....as people expect that the NAV will catch up to the share price...

I'm sure most sensible people would be happy with £20m profit for Leap. Currently Leap is valued at £20m (our share £9m) £50m doesn't seem out of the question. That would take the NAV to around 20p and hopefully a share price around double what it is now. Just hope the FFWD curse doesn't get involved

Exactly Barwickman. Just weeks back he said it was on course for Q3 IPO. Yet weeks beforehand IPOs are announced along with the prospectus etc. So although he keeps saying IPO I’m hoping a sale is announced, either way Wednesday should be when we find out.
