13:06 It’s been questioned many times. It was also asked why FFWD was the only one putting up the advance money on these special terms. Did nobody else want to get in with a discount. Especially as we are just a small investor in Factom. Wouldn’t they have had the chance even before FFWD. The fact that FFWD was the only one advancing such a large sum and at such a discount does raise concerns. I’m still hanging in. The pf has still lots more to come

21:51 : This wasnt series B this was an advance. All of the news reported on this on behalf of Factom only mention FFWD. And through company research sites that list all of Factom’s funding levels including this don’t show any others. That’s what people are questioning why is it only FFWD advanced the money and got the big discount on the forthcoming B series. Wouldn’t those that initially invested much larger sums have wanted in on this.

Good old doggo. Trying to polish the big turd that this is. I mentioned several times at the time of Factom safe agreement that it was a huge red flag. It was visible from a mile off. Though you did also try and play that down too. Nobody would give Factom money and yet FFWD got this ‘incredible’ deal and invested their largest amount ever. Lol.

Yes Ed is basically left to pick up the pieces after the sh1 t show from Jim and Lorne. As long as he keeps to the 20p plus share price by the end of the year I’m sure he will gain followers.

Come on Mat...Its got a handful of cannabis holdings. There are some decent cannabis ETFs around producing good returns unlike this......6.9 to buy....tempted again but got stung at near 8p last time

Mat. The problem is with the share price this low. Say Leap is sold...it has a total value of £50m.....more than double its last reported value..........The RNS would read...blah..blah..profit.....6p added to NAV. How much would that add to the share price today ?????? 6p if lucky......Confidence needs to be restored before they get close to a sensible SP/NAV...Otherwise even with a good result from Leap this isn't going anywhere soon

The NAV is only slightly lower than it was at last report Mat. Not a huge difference

Not sure about Ed's 23p a share by the end of year.LOL...But an easy 50% - 100% within a few months providing Leap delivers. Almost in the 6s to buy now. How does Ed think he will get it to 23p???? Ed I'd be more than happy with 12p or thereabouts within a couple of months
