Mat. Over £30k down here. It is actually one of my bigger listed investments. Though 80% is unlisted anyway. I have been lucky lately, or should I say highly skilled. Lol. Still I need £30k a year to supplement my wages and this year it’s looking a bit tight.

Not good at all. Todays NAV is just under 8p Even with £6m sale from Leap - It will still 8p. Albeit we will have cash to invest. But no decent unlisted assets that can give the NAV a boost. Everyone was banking on Leap doing that. So not sure how they can get the share price moving again???

Remember……That crazy fool saying it would have a £50m mcap. What imbecile said that ????

I’m sure somebody will tell you it’s only on that exchange to make acquisitions,’then it will list on a real exchange and magically change into a multi billion pound company. Pmsl. Like most said from the start - a company bodged together to keep mates busy.

We have real money invested in this, that’s why we are concerned. You may have it in your fantasy share league, but that’s not real.

Their wages / costs are around £100k a month

Has actually increased over the years since it’s formation of FFWD!!!!!!!!!!! It’s up around 6% in just under 7 years…….Though the share price has dropped around 85% in that same period. People thought they would, with their expertise in this sector make many multi bagging investments. That was until they realised it was a lifestyle, play fund. One to top up their own companies and interests. Just a bit of fun for them over the years and a vehicle to give themselves pocket money at the same time.

It was an arrangement to borrow up to €250k. They only took €100k and have the option to take a further €150k. They better be quick because a couple more months and seed won’t have the cash to give them.

It was s €100k just 10 weeks back. Yea many said - obviously it didn’t look good. But of course the rampers always came back with an excuse.

Ct. You can always ask the Secretary if he is inside. I asked how many weeks he was inside last year 2021 I thought it would have been the standard 8 weeks but they came back with 10 weeks. That must have been days before releasing RNS’s etc. it doesn’t matter who Is going to buy or what is happening with it - it’s worth in the region of £6m. He’s given us an up to date valuation of Leap if anything he will not be inside NOW. But closer to the sale he may be. Besides. He’s openly admitted on several occasions that he’s had opportunities to buy in the past and hasn’t ???

Remember like a lot of CEO and board members. Many won’t give more than a couple of days each month to the several companies they are involved with. I don’t see how he would need to give anymore than a day each month here. They aren’t buying or selling anything
