I’ve got quite a sizeable chunk in here Fatman. Average around 5p this time around so well down. I will probably hang on………yes even more time wasted in this. I believe I’ll get my money back eventually. I don’t see this ever trading anywhere near NAV again so could be a long wait. Like I said….they sell Leap ….£6m and NAV will still be the same as is now =8p. So no real incentive for people to buy in following the sale…yes they will have cash but past investments prove they couldn’t pick their nose. Useless.

Why do you think he will but some shares now ? He’s said on several occasions that he’s had the chance to buy - yet hasn’t…he’s bought into his other companies.

I don’t think many will be hanging around that long. I think many were keep thinking Ed might be different from the last lot of crooks. Nope. He’s the same.

The problem is now…. The NAV which stands around 8p will still be 8p at the end of the year when Leap is sold. Their is really no holding that can give the NAV a decent boost. £6m from Leap less £1m for next yea rs wages and costs. £5m to invest. They need to use it wisely. Remember the last £5m they lost. I mean invested….I’m sure they have been playing a game of Brewsters millions. See who can lose the most money….

It was always the same in their telegram ramp rooms. People thrown out for even daring to mention a slightly negative view. They would orchestrate their ramping - “you go on lse and say this”. I’ll come on after you and back you up. The lowest of the low. Many newbies probably fooled. Quint is still doing it. Ramping a few old dogs now - while he’s busy selling them. Crooks.

Well Ed. Is true to his word in one sense……He is thick skinned and couldn’t care less what people think of him.

The presentation document looked quite good. Seed obviously got somebody to do it for them……Funny how the case study only showed the 1 decent gain and 1 half decent gain over the last 7 years. Failed to mention the 4 fully written off the other almost written off and the one sold for pennies to relatives.

One4. Every post you have ever done is just criticising peoples opinions . When did you invest in Seed ? Are you happy with your investment so far ?

Exactly Fatman. It just doesn’t add up. The money invested, the time and the progress Leap has made over the years. Any half decent successful PE deal over that period would result in at least a return of 6x plus your initial investment. See what tomorrow brings.

Fatman. The problem is if they were to sell Leap for £6m - that still leaves the NAV at 8p. With the total no confidence in the BOD, the share price ain’t moving much from here. I agree with Barwickman they had missed the sweet spot last year. Even with everything going on last year it was one of the best years for IPOs and deals - second best year for IPOs in 15 years.

I’ve always told it like it is. I’ve said from the start I’ve believed this to be a POS. That’s why the price is so low. That’s why I bought in this time around in the hope of a good return from Leap. Look at my earlier post. I’ve been right 6 times out of 7. The rampers have never been right.

Exactly Longlad. Most are here for the one trick Pony- Leap. The rest of the pf that is worth anything can be bought without Seed. It was really down to Leap.

They only have one enough cash to last until the end of the year. One of the many reasons they needed to get Leap sorted.
