888 They need to sell something soon. Only a couple of months worth of wages / expenses left. £1m a year which is over 15% of the mcap in the expenses.

I’m sure once he released the updated valuation on Leap etc. a couple of weeks back, he was no longer inside. It’s only information that could change the share price ( which is probably nothing with Seed ). That information is out. He just doesn’t want to buy. It’s his choice. No other large holders have bought any, even Jim hasn’t bothered. He wrote the book FFWD and created this wonderful fund of the same name. Lorne cashed in his recently and Saladino who bought his large chunk at 17p hasn’t bought any in the years since. You would think Ed would have bought in if he believed this would be worth £50m.

I really don’t see this getting anywhere near NAV in the foreseeable. Even the Leap sale
Won’t affect the s p much. It won’t increase the NAV. Just means we have a bit cash…..Leap was to be the catalyst. Nothing here can give it a large boost. Probably sit and wait for a year or two to get to 5p and just be happy with my money back.

Well I’ve done that for years. People said that I wasn’t holding because I was questioning this POS. So I’d say a minute before I bought another chunk how many I was buying . Got quite a large holding and down a large amount. Several of the well known posters on here have ramped the shyte out of this as they were busy selling - some admitted it afterwards. Even though I’m well down at this price, I wouldn’t pretend like the others that everything’s rosy to try and protect my investment. I’ve always told it

My biggest % in the shortest time was brave bison. Bought £1700 worth at around 2.30pm and sold the next morning at 08.15 for £7800

Totally agree. There are a lot of very frustrated investors here. I never once believed Leap was worth anywhere near some of the valuations bandied about, personally thought about 30 - 40 million for the entire company. Obviously a rough guide as like you say,’figures aren’t freely available. I just don’t see how they will move forward Mat. If they get £6m. The NAV is still the same as it is now. 8p. What will move it ??

Mat. You know a handful of people on here ramping / deramping has never done anything for the share price. I’m down quite a chunk of cash as I’m sure many more are. I don’t understand how you still have so much belief in Ed. Relative ???

Every time you post it’s just to criticise somebody. We have money in this. You don’t. That’s the difference

They need to liquidate Seed. It’s the only way to ever get near to NAV again. Who is ever going to pay close to NAV again with all trust long gone. The problem is it gives them wages and expenses for sweet F A. So although it’s the only way to get any value to shareholders I don’t see it happening.

Agree. An IPO in most cases would get you a higher value, though obviously not a huge chunk of cash to invest . Did they even start the IPO process. I kept hearing they were preparing for it and it was very close to completion several times, yet nothing.

Pretty much along with comparable companies. They have 12k esports, gaming and casino programmer jobs listed. They have a few members of staff that have worked for these companies.

AND. Last week when I mentioned another of my lucky…..ermmm skilful PE investments. A local company I invested in its Seed round 3 years back with a value of £2m. A couple of local uni lads with an interest in esports and gaming. They are now probably the biggest recruitment website in the world specialising in this area. They were expecting to IPO in around 4 or 5 years from inception, but have already had a few offers for £12m plus. after just 3 years. Well. I took them out for a couple of drinks to see how things are going and just happened to get talking about Leap. I was very curious to see what they would value it at. Couldn’t give much in the way of figures regarding revenues etc. but they have a good idea how they work. Anyway. They said they would estimate around £40m

You know what really sticks in my mind………I’ve only ever messaged / talked to Ed. a couple of times. I posted it here last year and nobody really picked up on it. When he was talking about the £50 m mcap and I said to him it’s obviously Leap that will do that are you expecting to get such a large amount for Leap he replied “ Oh it’s not Leap that will take it there ! “ it’s the other holdings. I laughed and he said I’m serious. I replied you must be joking or delusional. He didn’t reply.
