Not sure if many people have any knowledge of this company other than chasing the herd with this share. It was known many months back that Motif would appoint a new NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and New FINANCIAL OFFICER as this was required to wind the company down. It’s not as though these people have just turned up to hatch an amazing new plan with Motif- it was already stated last year that they would be doing this in the future as part of the wind down process.

No that’s about it. Just another hyped share. A shell with less than £1m cash. But a £5m MCAP.

Iclaprim has been around for 20 years. It’s been passed around many companies and rejected at stage 3 of trials, 3 times now. The rights are now held by Hercules for £7m debt owed by Motif. Not sure if many would be prepared to spend the millions that would be required to try and get it to market.

They don’t have Iclaprim. They passed it to Hercules for their debt along with warrants for 0.4
