On a positive if there is significant appetite to dual list in Russia I think the board would want some stabilisation of current SP, maybe this would assist this or maybe their hand is being forced to dual list and they are peddling like the clappers to get the deal concluded in part at least…

Maybe they are going to release both together to lock in the offer share price and potentially help justify the offer.
The volatility of releasing separately may be more disruptive, just thoughts……

Good afternoon all, i, like many have been a longish time investor with Eua, sadly mostly sat in substantive loss but always with strong faith that we would get there.
Here's are some queries that i would really appreciate honest, not sarcastic responses to:-
1. Assuming we are very close to being offered a strong bid why are so many still selling, surely you would give it a couple of weeks from the latest RNS to see where we move to??
2.If the majority of GLTH's really think the FSP is going to be above £1.00, why aren't new investors piling in as 300% is a pretty good return and if we are led to believe the offer is imminent, then the risk is palatable..

I still believe that the Bid is going to be somewhere between 55-80p, (which is a very positive result), can anyone persuade me otherwise??

Smelly, I think 75p could be a tad optimistic, personally I think if there is an offer it is going to be 55-65p, with some assets potentially held back… we shall see…..

You could argue due diligence completed and they are not progress further but other parties still interested. Just feel it lacks real news and is more of a plug the gap

If the potential buyer has successfully completed their due diligence, wouldn’t they then be a bit peeved if the board said great but we are looking at several options / parties. Just sounds a little counter intuitive, if someone is mortgaged approved I now want to see you offer, not stand in line….

This has rattled on far too long, Can’t help the notification previously of another interested party is more of a delaying tactic. Surely as a seller of Eua you have commissioned the investigative reports, done copious amounts of due diligence bit still the supposed un disclosed party still can’t sign. It wouldn’t be too bad if the share price was stable around the 30p mark but the reality is they know people would sell on mass out of frustration, so keep it low and we are keep clinging on and on… GLA

Not sure how happy the Yanks will be sitting on a 14% loss to the 26p placement, i would have thought this would be sitting around 25-27 p until news. Oh well all we can do is wait and wait, I’m still confident there will be upside, the question is how much and yes i know, NO body knows….. GLA

Morning Ian, please can you put me down for after hrs RNS tomorrow, surely we are going to hear soon. I think the timing of the next RNS is in tandem with the big one so we initially start to build momentum and don’t reverse as normal as the big one drops… Have a great day one and all….

Come on Eua, just a brief RNS telling us something, we’ll be in retirement at this rate with grey hair on Zimmers and all body parts failing telling our grandchildren about a Great company called Eua and that their going to inherit some shares……

Morning, yes I would agree that 33/34p per £billion seems about right. The only question now is how many £b is Eua worth for a full sale. I think conservatively 2.5-3??

When the final deal in what ever form is announced will the shares immediately be suspended to prevent mass sell off or Will it be open trade as the deal is done and cash available to pay out as demanded??
