Come on what do we really think the Divi might be???
I’m betting a series of positive RNS encouraging us to stay loyal to the bigger picture, ie company growth and a dividend as a sweetener say 35p…..GLA, no abuse please as none of us actually know…..

I was on a works call and saw the RNS but couldn’t refresh page, I nearly ended the call because of higher priorities, oh well not long, hopefully……….

It just seems there is so much manipulation going on, surely if the deal is done just get on with it.
If this dips sub 30 we are just going back to two weeks ago..
Hope for the best and plan for the worst GLA

To top up or not to seems the only dilemma, I suppose pragmatically we view it as a short term gain with a deal or a reasonable pension pot as I don’t think we are at risk of loosing everything…..

Thanks for the comms, just seems to be taking so long and as I’m averaging 29p/ share, on the one hand tempted to invest further to reduce average but then if the deal is not forthcoming will be burnt. Every investors dilemma, it’s also the wording of “significant dividend”, at today’s SP this could be 5p which at 30% of current SP would arguably be significant but to most holders would be a disaster.

The date is clearly inaccurate as far more recent…
As a major share holder he refers several times to the size of the bank(s) involved and how they are not employed on a retainer, he also confirms that they now have capacity to work independently on the mining and the amount they are extracting. I think they have a dilemma of an offer that is potentially not the best balanced with could we be worth more going it alone????
He also suggests looking at other similar deals that have recently been brokered as a reliable guide, I haven’t managed to find any yet. Just thought I would share the thought process…….

Evening all, just recapping in latest RNS, wording below is of particular interest :-
Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Board and our Team are enthusiastic about developing the business concurrently with making progress on the strategic options that we have on the table".

This sounds like they are minded to continue going alone as the offer is and potentially has been on the table for some time but some hesitancy to accept??

Thanks makes sense, what happens if dividend announced, how does the market prevent deluge of buys to take benefit, I assume the same as sale, aftermarket rerate????

Assuming the RNS drops to state full or partial sale, will the shares be immediately suspended to allow the SP to rerate to reflect the proposal?? Cheers

Hi PP, I was merely saying the potential dividend is subjective, none for us know 1p or 10p to 50p to £5, nobody knows except the BOD. What I would say is there will be some twists still to come…..

The way I see it is the BOD have declared no further negotiations with other parties, needless to say their intimated offers were not worth negotiating on or simply not forthcoming.
They have declared they are progressing a deal with one as yet unnamed party, this must be because an offer has been intimated that gives the BOD faith that it would be acceptable and doable. The unknown element that has us ALL reasonably concerned is what is the definition of a “Significant dividend”? 1p more than the initial share launch would be significant if you were an early investor, 10p on todays price would also be deemed significant.
We just have to wait and be patient, the outcome looks to be positive be it a full sale or partial, but an update would be welcome.......
