I agree that the intimated significant dividend even at 40p is a 28% increase on current share price, if we all agreed that a deal in some description is 75% a given why are buyers not piling in?? Surely the risk at this stage is mitigated by an enhanced guarantee on today’s price?

Hi, it’s my opinion based on the value today, prospects and realism. Looking back over the last few weeks there have been numerous guesstimating opinions. I would say the average of these has probably been around the £1.60-£2.00, but again no magic formulas just people with different opinions. If any of us could guarantee a value we would all be remortgaging and announcing “Were millionaires Rodney”. Look forward to the outcome and really sincerely hope my guess is wrong.

I think you will find that everyone is entitled to an opinion Mac and this is the entire impetus if this board. We all have varying opinions and know one knows the actual outcome.

I think a realistic SP is about 65pence, the risk factor for any buyer is still large and a divi payment and Multiple JV’s seems more likely.....

The share price is more active than a heart monitor under cardiac arrest, what’s cooking.....

Hi I was just sumising that if share price now at .275p and you new a deal was coming off tomorrow at .70p why would you want more people buying in to take the uplift in share value, ultimately this would water down the overall company equity. Hence no share suspension or FSP announcement tells me there is still some way to go on negotiating the FSP. Apologies if this makes no sense....
