if you take the view that management expect the cash gen to be somewhere within that range within the next 3yrs and the new intitatives blockchain,etc... will promote positive growth over that period, then its reasonsable to assume that currently cash gen is falling short of that figure ....sjl expected ebitda of 8mill now, not in 3yrs

Those figures are aggregate over 2.5yrs ...

Strikes me they regretted the divi announcement and this is their way to address that statement, however weve seen buybacks here before with little impact on the sp and only for more shares to be issued at a later date with acquisitions etc...

Is cash gen the same as revenue? And if so do the figures of 17-22mill include icm revenue?

Thanks Rykan ... tbh I used previous revenue of 15mill plus growth of 7% as an estimation ... if it's more likely to be 18mill -20mill then mmx ebitda circa 4.5 -5mill plus 2.7mill for icm.... cheers

I have taproot... that's my point ...work out the sp on a reduced icm ebitda (not 4mill btw as 16% down) and 4mill mmx ebitda ...

Strikes me that revenues aren't good enough... if revenue is in line with market expectations of say 16mill, that's only 9quid per reg .... ebitda of say 4mill?

Judging by the flurry of trades goin through today nothing too inspiring

After all the potential and hype with talk of 20p+ this is nothing short of a dissappointment but always expect the unexpected and never the glory finish in the markets. A mediocre purchase with ok revenues but in the corporate world tiny ... reminiscent of purchasing a corner shop when there were talks with tesco ... hah .... long game? Expecting price to bobble about in a range for another few years
