I haven't received any funds yet from the tender ... i assumed the same as you SB but I should probably contact III for clarification aswell since they are also my broker.

SB...if the shares are in an isa, won't the broker just sell the remaining shares at delisting and put them into the sellers trading account rather than the isa, provided you have both with the same broker?

How does a director buy shares when there's a shareholder tender offer pending and the details haven't been announced yet?

I'm hoping we get a cash payout (shares held x 6.6p) and the sp defaults to 3p to reflect the current nav. We keep all our shares and see mmx2 take off in 2022 ..... in perfect world :)

because mmx2 will be welcomed by the market and the sp wont be anywhere near 1.5p.. thats the gamble

Thanks SB ... just to clarify then (assuming fag packet fx rates) ...100mill usd between 876mill shares = approx 8.3p and 12mill cash is circa 1p so anything below 9p is undervalued?

how does this play out SB / SJL? the monies from the sale (minus costs) + the 12m escrow distributed to shareholders based on their holding and mmx wound up?

so a gang of twitter pump and dumpers buy a few quids worth and this rallies to 8p+ in a matter of hours .... SJL buys some hefty chunks and we're stagnant lol ...

... there's alot we would've seen difficult happening... at 14p pre-review who wouldve predicted 3p :)
Fortunately ive been able to recoup alot of my mmx losses with the aerospace stocks ... ill be happy to leave here at breakeven in all honesty

SB ... with all due respect...what does a divi achieve other than an adjusted sp to suit? I would imagine you're gambling on exposure to new investors, but those who look for a divi income dont put their money into these bottom barrel aim stocks. They look for the big stable mcaps with no "fiddling the books" fiasco .... we're barely able to hold a shocking 5p share price ... we need to be careful what we wish for. I have no interest in a dividend payment and I suspect the II's are of the same opinion. Clear direction from TF that leads to a sale is all I'm hopeful of here.

nobody is looking at deletes... they hear blockchain, they see a stagnant sp and they pile in ... im not complaining mind, enough redditeers will see this back to 20p in no time :)

finally ppl realising the blockchain ethereum link with .luxe ....other blockchain shares have rocketed off the back of the herd mentality ... i guess we're seeing that here. Either way im glad to finally see this moving and hopefully we can all take some profits from what has been a ****e shower of a share journey

I simply think its his honest assessment of the company. His posts didnt cause the recent drop. That happened prior to his valuation posts, just like his initial arrival and optimism at the time didnt cause the sp to surge higher, in fact it dropped lower. Over time hopefully we'll get more +ve news and insight into the true numbers here from TF and the sp will do its thing. I seem to recall he did say there was value here at 3.5p-4p prior to the most recent rns.

I cant imagine he's at home looking at the share price and thinking "i know ill post a couple of negative views on the lse forum about mmx and watch it drop half a percent and keep mopping up 50000 shares a time".....lol i just dont see that :)

SJL is the only one who talks numbers bakky..... for all the optimistic posts we've had over the years from long term members, they all turned out to be misleading as indicated by the share price today. If he now wants back in he will negotiate with the big boys. I hardly think he has to resort to posting on a BB to better his entry price lol --- keep the posts coming SJL, your knowledge and insight is very much welcome, even if its not always music to my ears :)

how can they take this private bakky with so many shares in public hands? it would need to go to a shareholder vote with a majority of circa 75% in favour..... the mmx website states only 45% held by major shareholders
