#GEO has completed the final administrative steps for the acquisition of the Gorge Gold Project in Western Australia 🇦🇺

• Historic gold mineralisation over ~5km of strike

• Rock chip results up to 134 g/t Au

• Multiple near-surface gold nuggets recovered, supporting potential for a primary bedrock gold source

Next steps: preparation of systematic modern exploration activities to refine priority targets, ahead of initial drilling following completion of required heritage and access activities.

🇳🇦 Namibia: GEO continues discussions with multiple parties regarding a farm-out of PEL 0094, amid renewed regional interest. Since reporting advanced discussions in late 2024, several additional parties have accessed the project data room. GEO is determined to secure an accretive farm-out agreement for shareholders.
