I don't understand how Cineworld (LON:CINE) shares have been allowed to continue trading, since the company has been saying for months that there's unlikely to be any value in the shares once it restructures the enormous debt mountain.

As you mention, CINE is even more specific today, including -

Surely they will have to suspend/cancel the stock market listing now, since the company has explained even more clearly than before, that they're worthless?

Russia is negotiating the purchase of 100 combat drones from China, Der Spiegel reported on Thursday citing sources familiar with the matter.
As per the report, Moscow is looking to commission Chinese Xi'an Bingo Intelligent Aviation Technology Co. Ltd. to mass produce 100 ZT-180 prototype kamikaze drones, with the delivery date set as April 2023. The agency cited military experts who believe that the unmanned armed vehicles in question could be akin to Iran's HESA Shahed 136 drones, and capable of carrying a warhead weighing between 35 and 50 kilograms.
The report comes as the United States accused China of contemplating giving Russia lethal weapons to use in Ukraine conflict, claims that Beijing dismissed as "groundless rumors and slander."

The West turned a blind eye to the dispute, Putin argued.
Commenting on the relations with western powers, Putin called for ending the division between "civilized" countries and the rest of the world. The West started this war, and Russia is using force to stop it, Putin stressed, insisting that Kiev has been enslaved by its western allies.
