In effect the reigning monarch of the UK can never be charged with any crime no matter what they do.
When you're prosecuted the court is exercising powers as a proxy for the Crown so any criminal case against the reigning monarch would be The Crown vs The Crown which is totally absurd!

You have to be on the electoral roll in TWO constituencies.
So in theory people with two homes in different constituencies could using a postal vote, vote twice. That includes students.
