2 things possibly either the regulators stand up to the institute which will cause a massive squeeze or they'll favour them by letting them buy back after agm and placing which really doesn't make sense as why bother suspending

Shares are forward sold by institutes with the hope of buying back at 1p once placing is done also voting rights are attached for agm.but because wrongly more shares are sold by the institutes than actually exist regulators had to jump in and suspend as that is seen as manipulation.so what next how is this resolved regulators should penalise the institutes but reckon they will just play along and let them get away with and lift suspension after agm
