Unsure on the exact steps but to apply without approval for me sounds a little odd,.... for what if the proposal is voted against and the applications were already sent. Just my thoughts, the proposed restructure would have to be explained to shareholders and then the vote taken thereafter, if successful then management can go ahead.

Shareholders collectively own the company and so it must be written within the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association that a major change in company structure as being proposed, has to be approved by shareholders.

I do agree selecta with what you write. Sadly most of us have an average price above todays share price. However the only thing we can control from here is our next move… long? Short? Hold? Average down? Sell? What you thinking about the share price from here going forward? Do you think this is the low, chart seems to be baselining, or do you see it lower?

I agree that the 8p raising to Wyloo wasn’t the best for us shareholders. I wish they paid more. However the SP has been following the down dip after the first big spike of the Lassonde Curve. Wyloo have chunky options at 11p, as do the new big wig board of directors. Lots of incentive to drive the company forward and the share price up.

Sept is not a hard date that if it doesn't happen then it is all over. It is just my opinion that coming to the UK during the holiday period would be far from ideal. So I suspect a September visit/roadshow before the shareholder vote. Best to do it right and seek high shareholder engagement then try and rush it through and possibly ruin/tarnish reputations.

The GGP story has much to play out, the company has many years ahead of it, the Lassonde Curve has yet to be played out. GGP is currently in the feasibility / development / financing / construction phase of Havieron's mine life cycle. How about giving it time to play it out? Or is the Lassonde Curve / Mining Life Cycle over your head?
