Good spot as it infers Newcrest will update Red Chris and Havieron separately

We just need to remember that this is not an attack on GGP by Newcrest given the other mines not updated. However it’s a shame GGP weren’t aware of this so they could have been working on their own update in the background. That’s the biggest annoyance for me. More patience of a saint needed.

Fred the question we need to ask ourselves is what is fair value. If 7p a share is well below fair value I’m happy to hold. If I had monies I’d be happy to average down as well.

Look at investor relations on GGP website Kevin. It ain’t hard.

Agree that all current data needs to be released to the share market prior to any cross listing. I am sure Shaun will receive emails from shareholders stressing such.

None of these resources were updated, the June 2023 figures are the same as June 2022. Meaning nobody has it out for GGP. It’s not a witch hunt. Sometimes the posts here can be over the top. Shaun said that if Newcrest didn’t update the Hav resource he would. So we wait for his team to do so.

PNG… Lihir updated but Wafi Golpu has not.

Been noted on telegram that most of the resources reported have not changed from last year for Cadia, Hav, PNG, Red Chris underground. For context.

Sydney is 9 hours ahead. So 8am ASX release is 11pm here. Any later than 8am ASX is getting very late here tonight.

That be at midnight or beyond so wouldn’t expect that on anyone … I’ll see what I wake up too in the morning

I'd be surprised if Hav was missed two years running by Newcrest. They haven't updated Hav in a while so I feel confident it will be included in their report tomorrow. My only reservation is that Newcrest could be conservative as it seems to be their style, and so the new figure won't be as high as we hope for. I do hope to be very wrong of course!

If Newcrest blow the doors tomorrow with a new ME for Hav, it could be a good day tomm

Newmont is acquiring Newcrest and hence the new merged larger ground will own everything Newcrest owns

As long as the chosen method maximises profits then it is all good. Hopefully the Feasibility Study will provide the share price with a shot in the arm .... due to the outstanding return on investment. We all hope so!

What's your point Fred? I think you only turn up here to cause arguments. Always taking a swipe at someone. I know what you're implying here. Instead, do you have something to share for us that is useful on our investing journey in GGP?
