We say the same every week.......... until the key milestones occur there are possibly too many unknowns at the moment.... items like resource update, decision to mine, feasibility study, Newcrest/Newmont deal and it's impact on Telfer/Havieron, ASX listing. Some investors want more certainty. These things are outside of our individual control. We will get a vote on the cross-listing but that is about it for our influence.

I have not heard of Jim before yesterday when YouTube suggested I watch him. I found it very interesting. His views on silver, gold, South America, BRICS, shorting, the banks, Newmont, etc etc. I will be sure to look up his other recent interviews now.

The common assumption is cross listing = raising. We have not been advised that by GGP. Shaun knows the share price is unacceptable so we wait and see what chess moves are made between now and Christmas to rectify it.

Anyone can vote against the ASX listing but I feel fairly sure it will pass. The BOD would not recommend it to shareholders if they did not believe in it.

Listen closely to Shaun’s recent interviews. He mentions a prospectus in relation to the cross listing. It sounds like a listing could occur prior to important news updates like resource upgrade, decision to mine, feasibility study.

Once GGP is listed on the ASX then it massively expands the potential investor base.

Toffers please step away for a while. You are showing a lack of knowledge in your posting. Firstly accusing GGP of breaking regulations over the MRE, and now from nowhere you conjure up a special dividend. One - we have NO PROFITS. I am an accountant, you are not. Dividends can only be paid from profits. It will take a couple of years of profitable trading before dividends can be paid. Two, suggesting that a company raise funds from shareholders and then pay them straight back to shareholders is stupid, pointless, ridiculous. I suspect you just love the attention. Posting nonsense on purpose so as to seek engagement.

Also you think GGP should raise money’s and then pay it out as a dividend? Oh man. You clearly have not worked in the finance world. Nobody in their right mind would send monies to GGP for them to pay out as dividends. Pointless.

Dividend upon cross listing… haha… you’re a funny girl. Have you seen our balance sheet? We have to fund 30% of Havieron, and multiple drilling campaigns, plus overhead costs. Toffers you can write whatever you like here but dividends are years off. Pointless moaning, it’s just the facts. Go buy a bank stock or other dividend paying company if that displeases you.

Toffers have you listened to all of Liam’s interviews with Shaun? Dividends have been discussed. Shaun is not immune to dividends however he recognises it’s a few years off, I assume at least 5!

Buying shares off the stock exchange is not funding the company. Only those that participating is fund raising actually sent their funds into the company’s bank account. And most of them would be in profit.

I forgot all about the MRE. Luckily I am quickly reminded when I check in here. Thanks. No doubt Shaun and the heavily experienced mining sector Board have no idea what they are doing. However, Toffers and co's weekly emails to Shaun happily guides him on what he needs to do.
