1st Jan 2025 it was around AUD $4200 an ounce and now over $4600 an ounce. It has been around AUD $4600 an ounce the past month. Let's hope GGP is smashing it this quarter given the fortunate situation they are in.

A year ago (March 2024) when GGP was negotiating the purchase of Telfer and Havieron the gold price was around AUD $3000 an ounce. So it is 50% higher now than back then!!!! Straight to the bottom line net profit.

PS. Wishbone died and many explorers will go this way once shareholders and others stop sending in money to fund them.

GBP is not near GGP Aqua! It is just a pump by a small band of shareholders because Callum is paid to be a consultant of GBP and got handed a shedload of shares in the process. They have not drilled anything yet and it is not near Telfer so no link to GGP. It is a rainbow chaser just like 99.9% of all explorers.

I do no understand the negativity and fear of shorting etc. Look at the AUD shares prices on the ASX of peers. Penny stocks aren't seen as desirable. Penny stocks create an image of small explorer rather than mid-sized producer.

But you own the same % share of the company and your investment value is the same. Unsure what your point is?

How do you conclude less PI investment? If a PI has £5k to invest and they want to buy GGP then they'll just buy fewer shares at 10p a share versus £1 a share.

Zoro's post of 13:1 consolidation is quite possible when looking at this list. Get us back to 1billion shares instead of 13billion.

Unsure how many are thinking 5 or 10 years! For me I want the share price back in the 20s and 30s so I can sell to buy a house. How will even be alive in 5 or 10 years. It’s been a long enough investment for me already.

Yes Shaun has mentioned that they need to choose a “primary listing” which will be the ASX. Listen to his last few interviews … Shaun has clearly articulated this very well and explained how and why. Also the Money of Mine guys when discussing GGP said the same thing. It’s not a big deal and anything to worry about for UK shareholders. The share price will be equivalent on both when converted to their respective currencies. Arbitrage will not be possible.

Looking on GGPs website they released a half yearly report in early March 2024. If they do it again for July to Dec 2024 maybe next week. Unsure what they'll say we don't already know. Q1 2025 results are the one's I am waiting for :-)
