This is very very interesting. The Footnotes “gold equivalent” extracted below states AUD$3,150 and AUD$5.30 have been applied. Wow that is conservative when compared to today’s spot price of AUD$4,600 and AUD$7.30. Talk about UPSIDE !

It is the company's opinion that all the elements included in the metal equivalents calculation have a reasonable potential to be recovered and sold.

My dividend opinion is similar. Pay for the Havieron CAPEX first and get it into production, then review the yearly profits and free-cash-flow to determine an appropriate dividend. This pushes dividends back at least 2 to 3years from now.

Because De Grey Mining and Hemi have become an Aussie market darling the past couple of years, I LOVE IT when Shaun compares Havieron directly to Hemi and says he prefers Havieron. Northern Star bid AUD$5billion for De Grey late last year, PLUS they still need to spend (say) AUD$1billion in CAPEX to turn Hemi into a functioning producing mine.

So what does that insinuate GGP is worth.... AUD$5billion perhaps.... hmm food for thought. That would be 20pence a share.
