WYLOO - in addition to the 50% option over Newmont's 20% Wyloo have their existing warrants. See page 514 (section 4.8). Exercisable at 10pence a share. Expiry is 5pm GMT 13th October 2025. If they bought shares at 10p the money would go straight into GGP's bank account.

Type in search "wyloo option". It is black and white in that Wyloo have a legally enforceable option over 50% of Newmont's GGP shares. Hence Wyloo like us want the share price to rocket don't they.

I have a few decades investing experience and called out the hysteria and hype during Q4 2024, all related to Callum being onboard after GBP bought 80% of Juno from him. Too many were getting carried away. Exploring is an expensive long game. A lot don't have the patience and probably took their profits looking for the next short term win.

When will is stop.

Google showing 9.90 was hit so 10p and beyond is just a matter of when.

Who knows if O’Callaghans will add much value or not to GGP. I do hope so!!

I agree and also see this back at 20p in 2025. We have various broker notes targeting 19p if I recall correctly. Which don’t take into account both the Telfer resource update to be announced this month, plus the Havieron FS to be announced later this year. I expect the FS to be a magnificent surprise to the upside. GGP have bad 3-4years to work on this FS and to optimise the potential outcome. During that time gold is now at ATHs and copper is doing very well also. Surely all of these factors mean the FS for Havieron will catch the market by surprise and the share price will rise. Two very good reasons that I see for the share price to be at 20pence.

A third reason is the ASX listing. Bringing in brand new fresh demand for shares is a green light for a revised upward share price. I see the ASX liking GGP and it being in the top 4 ASX goldies. De Grey is about to be swallowed up by Northern Star which is good for GGP. We can replace them inside the top 4 ASX goldies.

It is possible that sentiment could resemble 2020 in that buying begets buying… and the share price keeps rising and FOMO kicks in. I hope for over 20pence by Christmas if all the stars align for us.

Personal issues aside, we’ve all had opportunities to sell at highs and buy at lows. The share price went under 5p on the market for us all to buy. Several other dips on market could have been bought. I know I’m tired of reading every week about mates rates shares, supposed manipulation, etc etc. We have a very liquid company on the AIM which is a blessing, many are illiquid. Being highly liquid means we can buy and sell around the quoted market price. The past is gone now … we cannot rewind and undo prior mistakes. All we can do is live and learn.

Here’s too the share price doubling from here over 2025.

Ben you need to look at the AIM documentation on GGPs website plus RNS. We have 3 banks onboard willing to lend around AUD$750mill’ish off top of my head for Havieron development. As noted already Shaun would prefer not to need it.

Shaun and the GGP team all have a lot of shares and so they also want the share price to be many multiples of here. GGP can see them all to retirement in one foul swoop! Given their ages and years invested here already… they’d all be thinking about making GGP their swan song and sailing off into the sunset with generational wealth. So we all benefit.

The cost to finish constructing Havieron is about AUD$800mill to AUD$1bill. Important to use the correct currency. That is say £500mill.
