You need to remember we don't have 10mOz ready to sell right now on the market. It will take decades to mine it hence the large discount for our market capitalisation value.

GGP will not be paying dividends for a few years. Reason being they both have OPEX and CAPEX to fund. Havieron will cost between AU$800mill to AU$1bill to build out, hopefully using cashflow from Telfer to avoid drawing from the banking facilities. GGP also have to pay Newmont a sum of money (the deferred portion) for the acquisition. I am here for share price appreciation personally.

To repeat what me and some others said yesterday, the Havieron development timeline in yesterday’s presentation has not changed from that presented in previous presentations. 2027 is first pour. However full production is not 2027.

Is unchanged from last year’s narrative from GGP. Perhaps tonight shows a lack of detailed review by some as Shaun has not changed the timeline. The power point presentation is unchanged ref Havieron and first pour projected dates, etc.

Perhaps time to draw a line in the sand and instead go read prior RNS’s and presentations. Far too often here people make statements without simply reading what GGP has already announced. And this starts the back and forth incorrect assumptions / statements on this board as we’ve seen today.

Instead of people focusing on the daily share movements step back and look at the larger time frame… share price is in an uptrend. It won’t just go up everyday, no share price does. It’ll go up and down but as long as the get real trend is up that’s all that matters. Broker targets are conservative using gold and copper prices much below current spot. So in time the share price should rise to 20p and then beyond.

Gold and copper should remain buoyant and the news from GGP will keep being positive and surprising the market. For mind 20p for Christmas at the very least, hopefully much more like 30p though.

Says H2 2027.

First Gold H2 2027 = the 2027/2028 financial year in Australia, so perhaps that is where 2028 comes from.

Financial year is 1st July to 30th June in Australia.

That means all of the work performed this calendar year has not been incorporated into the figures. Slide 15 is almost 3 months out of date already ... AMAZING. Think about how much UPSIDE is yet to come into the next update.

And we have a broker target at 21p and another at 22p, based on this data, WOW!! And both brokers are using conservative gold and copper prices rather than the current spot prices. MORE UPSIDE.

If we consider today's spot prices plus adding in further resources identified during 2025, these broker targets should be closer to 30pence a share. And this is not me ramping, not at all, this is just pure mathematics.

Using the gold, copper and silver spot prices without additional resource push the broker targets towards 30pence a share. Then layer in additional resources to come into the mining plans.

2020 = 12 monthly green candles.

2025 = Jan + Feb were green candles. March is currently green.

Share price went up every month in 2020. 12 monthly green candles. Clearly 2025 won't increase the same % as 2020 ... my point is hoping for monthly green candles on the graph = money being made.

Whatever the rules are I am confident GGP have correctly applied them.

Wyloo have warrants for 352,620,000 shares at 10.0pence each. If they exercised those warrants that will be £35.262million cash into GGPs bank account!

GGP staff have retention rights for 262,700,000 shares at 11.9pence each. If they exercised those warrants that will be £31.2613million cash into GGPs bank account!

GGP staff have options for 235,000,000 shares at 11.9pence each. If they exercised those warrants that will be £27.965million cash into GGPs bank account!
