So who's going to start plugging MVR on Reddit?

I'm happy to read rikkitikki's post. I think it's good to challenging decisions, timeframes and communication.
I do think this will come good and I'm willing to hold for a few more months.

Do you think there could be further dilution or the capital will be raised from traditional banking loans? The video suggests they are trying to drum up more awareness of the company and therefore potentially more dilution (or maybe I'm being a sceptic). Regardless, I think this will move quickly once we get confirmation of successful testing at the end of February.

Does anyone know when we can expect the next update?

It feels like the price is being suppressed. Unless some of the institutional investors are selling off some of there holdings. Out of interest, has anyone done any research on this? I’ll try and do it myself at some point!

If you were Glastonbury, you’d probably look to someone like MelodyVR to produce your virtual performance. MVR now have a track record of pulling off these events. Come on MVR, we all want to see that magical Glasto bunny being pulled out of the hat.

My comments were based on a target stated by the CEO during the 2019 AGM. That is a fact. I guess that means I know a little more than you. I feel like this has been discussed in detail now and we should let sleeping dogs lie.

I thought I'd let you all know, despite my 'glass half full mentality' most of the week, I still think these prices are in the bargain basement. I've just topped up a small amount!! GLA, onwards and upwards.

TheBadBat, may I ask why you take criticisms of MVR so personally?

Hi Maxda... just to be clear, I'm not that bothered about MVR failing to add theatre when everyone was ordered to stay indoors. Having said that, I do think many people would have supported theatre if it meant the theatre companies would be gaining some revenue streams in a difficult time... My issue is with the CEO stating they will be rolling out theatre in 2020 and then not. Running a business should be ruthless, deadlines should be met and if they are missed, changes should be made. You don't want to create a culture where staff think it's acceptable to miss deadlines. In addition to this, I think a company have an obligation to explain to shareholders why objectives were not achieved.

I've got no idea what the plans are with Napster... funnily enough there hasn't been much information provided for the shareholders.

I popped to the shops and got myself a nice bottle of plonk.

Sorry if I’ve dragged anyone down with negativity, I’m normally quite positive!! I do still believe in the product otherwise I would have sold up and moved on. I’m baffled by the share price.

I’ve got a fair slug of my investment funds tied up in this share and have kept my eye on developments since. I’ve been to every AGM (even the pointless Zoom AGM last year). AM didn’t even bother spending anytime taking to the investors at last years AGM. Why shouldn’t we know why they missed deadlines?

You’re right, I don’t know what they are doing. Nor do you. What I do know for a FACT, they have missed deadlines.

My gripe isn’t just about missing an opportunity with theatre, that can obviously be debated. I’m more frustrated with the company missing a target YEAR and not commenting on it. I feel communication should be much better but perhaps the company is more unorganised than they lead us to believe...

I’ve backed this horse since 2015. Seen the share price rise to 20p and retrace back to 2p. My reward for being a long time holder… dilution and half an investment down.

In the summer I felt the sense of optimism, the Napster takeover along with AM stating the next 12 months will be about monetising. There are people on this share that are lambasted for talking negatively about the board. However, I’m starting to feel like real ‘optimists’ (me included) are the mugs. Some people have said AM doesn’t care about the share price. Well he should! The share price is a reflection of sentiment. The share price is at PRE APP LAUNCH LEVELS (obviously the Market cap is higher because of the dilution)!!! Anthony Matchett should show a little more respect to the people that have followed him and provide more details of their plans. He should stop using the classic ‘in the not too distant future’ line. One timeframe he did give (at the 2019 AGM) was that theatre productions would commence in 2020. Why didn’t they commence in 2020, who messed this up, have they still got a job, if so why? Covid was the opportunity enhancer for this product!

I’ve always spoken positively about this company but I feel like there is a ‘manyana manyana’ approach to the board and management. Perhaps it is time for change…

I had been holding this share for year and got fed up at the end of last year and sold. Typical!

There was an article in Money Week titled 'The days of plenty are coming for insurers'. It seems to suggest that insurance prices have moved to a level which is favourable for insurance companies. In addition to this, Amanda Blanc has been cutting out the dead wood elements of the business. Even without dividends, I think this is a good place to be!
