I asked Shutty123 the same question and he called his contact at MelodyVR. You know, the same one who’s drip feeding him inside information. The contact told him that we would all be given magic beans. The amount of beans would be in proportion to the percentage of the business we currently own.

My thoughts are with the people that have lost their lives following this event. Hopefully aid and support will be well on its way. Xtract should have a comprehensive insurance programme in place which would cover any damage to property and loss of profits following a natural catastrophe. Most mining companies purchase this coverage.

They’ve made it pretty clear the big boys are calling the shots and they are holding back until these multi billion companies give the green light. They aren’t going to damage their relationship with these companies by ignoring their requests. I think everyone will be surprised with what’s been going on with Facebook behind the scenes.

How can an emerging technology be compared to a precious metal that has huge global demand? The directors have been very clear, they don’t want to spend money on marketing until VR users are at a certain level. They are trying to use funds wisely. I’ll concede, user numbers should now be reaching the level required for an ad campaign but I suspect they are waiting for the release of the Quest. Marketing was discussed at last years AGM and I’m sure it will be on the agenda this year.

He said most of the questions were ones they could not answer (due to NDA’s) and it would be a waste of money to employ someone to respond. He did however say they understand the frustrations and will look to address it (that was June last year). Suggest you head to the next AGM if you want your voice heard. Let’s be honest, they are not going to be reading posts on LSE! They just want to keep the institutional investors happy and I suspect they provide them with regular updates. All in my opinion.

I attended the AGM last year and communication, or lack thereof, was a criticism made by everyone in the room. Whilst AM understood the frustration he subtly made the point that EVRH do not want to rock the boat with billion dollar companies. He made reference to Facebook, Samsung & HCC. Despite the frustratingly low shareprice, we need to trust the management and their wealth of experience.

I don’t think there will be a FCA investigation because I imagine a number of AIM companies are doing the same thing. Just interesting that EVRH was given a mention for being leaky.

Seriously? The same conversation happened a year ago and sent The Oracle into a meltdown. He later appogised and concluded Ceek could not be regarded as plausible competition. I do agree with Optimist with regards to this share being manipulated - I have heard people in this industry call this a ‘dirty share’ i.e. insider trading (I should point out I have no evidence to suggest this is true). Regardless, I think we are going to see the share climb over the next few months. There will be people baying for blood (myself being one of them) at the next AGM if this doesn’t happen.

Following launch, an RNS stated there would be further role out details provided. An individual at the AGM asked why EVRH haven’t provided more information - this was AM’s response: ‘There is times when we are able to announce what we’re doing and there’s times when we’re not. That can be regulation and that can be because we’re under a non-discolure agreement with a partner like a Facebook or Samsung or a HCC for example. Often we have to wait for our partners to make the first move so we don’t disclose their launch plans before they do. And that, for someone like Facebook for example can cause longer term problems. We want to maintain our relationship with hardware manufactures and that’s the challenge.’ There are reasons, beyond what we’re able to know, on why they are being quiet. I think we will all be happy when the news finally drops. GLA.

I’ve been hearing rumours Bose are planning a launch of a VR headset. Anyone else aware of this?

Completely mugged me off at the AGM. He told me he was unable to buy shares but, if he could, would be buying as much as possible. That was at circa 10p. He knew the share price would be in decline until they announced the live launch. If you're reading this Steve, THANKS!

How do you know that it’s a signal by MMs that they are running low or need a change in strategy VC2B? Could you send me a link that explains this? When ever I’ve seen a ‘1 Code’ a RNS has been produced the following trading day - fact. Admittedly I have only been trading for 2 years.

How can the share price be down when 8.6m shares have been purchased vs. 1.8m sells? I honestly can’t believe we are back below 10p!!
