Agree Debt for Equity very likely as there are few options for cash raise. If Kier have already burned through the millions raised in the RI, how long will it be before the covenents are tested?
The company might not collapse, but that doesn't mean the equity has value.
Still think zero equity value is a more likely outcome than them trading there way out of this.
