Please can we refrain from spreading fake news about holiday makers not travelling because of Brexit.
Pearls is just being a bit of a wind up merchant. Played the same part on the Debs bulliten board, "me a thicky me not understand" etc etc
Its amusing but don't try to explain to him in rational terms
"Am I missing something here?"
Yes. A brain
Quite right quisty. Pointless coming on a share trading bb to tell everyone to spare thoughts. Its patronisising and blatant virtue signalling.
Thought spared. Feel better now.
Goodness, clownbutnotout, whatever happened to that short squeeze you predicted on the 12th July?
Suppose they have to keep up the pretense that talks continue, so as they can claim in the inevitable enquiry that everything was done to avoid going bust at the taxpayer's expense.
So what are we talking here? Liquidation? Administration? Pre-pack?
What are the chances that someone could come in a buy bits of the company out of administration and keep the name going?
Ha ha Siborg spent a "cheeky" couple hundred of quid buying TCG shares!
See my post yesterday regarding the only winners being the brokers taking commission from mug punters.....
"It was a cheeky couple hundred punt on Friday, 50/50 high risk and reward if I lose not to worry"
50/50? Utter rubbish. The board has told you on several occasions that the best case scenario would mean "significant dilution to existing shareholders"
In what world is that a 50/50 bet?
"Jeffries -13p, Hold - updated 20/09/2019
Barclays -17p- equal weight 20/09/019
Has anyone seen the reports?"
Yeah I did, in the latest publication of the Beano.
These mug punters seem to think that their dumbass penny stock bets should be underwritten by HMG
Ah the wonder of a free market, de regulated and without pesky governments poking there nose in.
Until it goes tits, then you want every basket case nationalised.
Totally potty.
At the start of the week, demands for HMG to pump in 4bn for Sirius potash misadventure.
Now you want another what 1bn? to nationalise a holiday company!
All the while whilst leaving your already government owned company (RBS) out of pocket.
Its no wonder so many idiots lose their cash in this stock market casino with logic like that.
Cheerio, goodbye and thanks for playing.
In the only winners here? The brokers taking commission from mug punters and dumbo pi traders.
Only have themselves to blame if they took the word of rampers over the RNS's that the board were legally required to issue.
Rank stupidity.
"The recapitalisation is expected to result in existing shareholders' interests being significantly diluted, with significant risk of no recovery."
No you can't get any clearer than that. But its not anything that they haven't said before.
I myself gave this share the Metamorphosis84 kiss of death back at the start of June, if you go back enough through thousands of posts it is still there to be seen.
Have only given my kiss of death to two other shares, IRV and DEB. Both gone now.
3 out of 3 success rate now, same thing every time.
The only surprise for me in this case is that it has taken as long as it has.
Absolute dumbos anyone who hasn't sold yet.
News outlets reporting that the greatest peacetime repatriation of Brits could take place if something isn't done within a matter of days.
The board told you a few months ago that any deal would result in dilution to existing shareholders.
The likes of Matlot have been warning you for weeks yet there are still folks umming and arghing about whether to sell or not.
Seriously, the mind boggles. You might as well invest in a box of matches, take your cash out of an ATM, and set fire to it. You would have as good a chance of getting a return on your investment.
Short tracker has shown shorts to be reducing recently from a peak.
Its an interesting one here, look at what the board are saying, compared to the numbers they are reporting.
A chairman that is leaving, with barely any comment.
Totally mystery surrounding Kier Living and or the Residential business.
A number of times the RNS states "the sale of Kier Living is progressing well" without offering any detail.
Then, it says:
"As at 19th September, the Group has received a number of offers for its Residential business"
So.
Is "Kier Living" and the "Residential business" one of the same thing, or two separate entities?
And furthermore, if an offer has been made, why has the board declined to report the detail?
Pretty good odds, going up into the Webinar.
Lets see if difficult questions are asked and answered.
