I think Scott has done roughly what he said he would do so far, except that Burwell hasn’t progressed (and that may not be his fault). The company has acquired two new FGS projects, got the Mambare environmental permit and swapped the RMI debt for Wowo as planned. Burwell aside, I don’t think this is a case of the directors screwing up. As I’ve said before, I think a big part of the reason for the SP struggling is that it isn’t clear where the cash is coming from for the next steps. Plan A was to generate cash flow from FGS - could happen but hasn’t yet. Plan B was to get the SP up before the next capital raise - would be nice but the longer the SP drift goes on the more likely it seems that the race between the share price and the placing will see the share price puffing in second. At any rate, these are the thoughts going through my mind as I consider at what level I would buy back in. I feel that in order to limit risks I need a buy price close to mid term lows, i.e. 1.15-1.35 area. There’s a lot of personal preference in that of course - and frankly if the rest of my PF was doing better I might be bolder here!
