Do you think volume will pick up across AIM in general if the debt ceiling is raised?

4 days and not a single post. I wonder when people will wake up and realise this company is undervalued by around 75%. Should be 20-25p right now, higher when the DFC funding is confirmed and test results come back.

And to be clear Aimhigher, none of what i post is posted because i want prem holders to buy kod, its because i DONT WANT TO SEE PREM HOLDERS GET SHAFTED. Contrary to your view, I and other are trying to help, or at least peel of the rosey spectacles so you can make an unbiassed assessment. Ive seen so many over the years get totally wiped out by this kind of company management (prem). I’d like more people to beat the odds by avoiding these giant sink holes.

Its very clearly stated in many RNS and Webinars, KOD production is estimated to begin “within 12 months from receiving funds.”

Funds should be in the next 1-5 weeks, then we have a new drilling campaign at Bougouni, and our 2 main gold sites to keep us busy, within 6 months we will have tons of drilling results to chew through, and be stockpiling ore ready for the plant, at some point we’ll get an MRE upgrade for Bougouni, and a maiden resource for the gold.

Those are the timelines here, those are the value adding events, no one has any lofty claims or outrages timeframes, everyone here is in for the ride, 23’/24’ is going to be jam packed with news, and its all backed up with solid funding, thorough planning, NO DEBT OR LOANS, and a major player to hold our hand along the way………… instead of winging it, financial penaties for failed delivery, and a fat £34m debt 🤷🏻. If GR is not careful Zulu will be stripped from PREM as per the terms of the agreement 😬

to me its the difference between “when’s” and if’s”

with kod, its “when will the deal be done” , “when will the money come in” “when will drilling commence” “when will we get an mre update” “when will we discover the true value of the gold assets”

with prem its “if the resource exists” “if its high enough grade” “if its economical to mine” “if they can produce enough to ship” “if they can make enough to pay back the loan” “if they can afford a real plant” “if they continue to dilute”

one is a dead certainty with the only variable being time, the other is a f**king crap shoot full of unknown’s, held together with duct tape, hopes and promises.

i get if you want to **** £5k up the wall, sure, have a punt, but do i put £500k in the first one or the second one for the next 3 years? its night and day, and thats how the institutions will see it too.

there’s a reason that kod is in the sprott lithium etf and prem is not. one company has followed a rigid process to ensure economic success, and one has not.

Placings inevitable after the funding, if it ever goes through, dries up - these projects are never on time or budget.

( KOD cashburn is between £2-4m a year, so I think we’re going to be ok for…..eh….. about 16 years)

Wow, just had 30 mins to catch up on the Prem debacle 😬 not sounding good, large raise, looks like the fact they are going to dilute to high heaven for the rest of the year has finally sunk in. In my opinion this move by GR is a precursor to an appalling update on the shipment, aka, there is no shipment, or the recovery rate is so poor its delayed and tiny, and GR has had to do this now rather than at 0.5 after he is forced to disclose the news. Not surprised at the reaction, i would be completely out of it on this weeks developments. And apparently a problem with the mill being reported by staff too?

i dont think we are wrong either. and that doesn't come from a place of "****yness", but rather from experience. i have watched many a company go through the hoops that kodal are now going through, rockhopper, solg, ggp to name a few, and i've also seen the ones built on sand, mode, matd, eua, i could go on and on. the value builds up in the good ones and then it makes a leap to a new level, then you wait a while, and then repeat.

my success has come from being able to spot a faker, a product of 20 years in the sales industry, from selling dyson hoovers as a bushy tailed 16 year old, to kitchens in my 20's and super cars in my 30's, i have developed a 6th sense for dishonesty, and a deep understanding of body language, tone of voice and unconscious tells, its one of the first things that made me decide to go in big here, i was watching bernard give interviews and two things were very clear, bernard is an exceptionally honest and trustworthy individual, and he is exceptionally bad at hiding his excitement. it was clear very early on that he had discovered something special, and that he was going to do everything in his power to maximise its potential value. i still giggle about the way he twiddled his thumbs in those proactive interviews in 21/22

that's why in moments like now, when my account is bouncing up and down tens of thousands a day on kod's movement, and others are getting skiddish about a possible delay, i'm cool as a cucumber.

i already know the outcome here, its just a matter of when. and with the assets we have, and bernard at the wheel, i dont think it will be long before we're saying "jeez i wish i had added more under 1p"

Bline you are similar to my long term figures, I got around 5.4p on the DMS plant, but 14p+ on the Floatation plant

Greggie, truth be told i was looking at getting back into GGP around 7p around Sept/Oct, but with the recent announcement it sounds like a 25% dilution is now nailed on there, im going to spectate for the foreseeable, if there is an entry around 5-6p after that fund raise, and the world is falling apart causing gold to rocket i may take some then, but for now its a no. there is far more upside to be had here and in my other holding this year.

Well we’ve got DFC confirmation soon, and I would expect an update on the 100t bulk sample completion, I believe that should see us to 7-8p.

The more people that sit on their hands and hold, the faster we can get to 10p and thus exercise the warrants, bringing in the money required for the rest of the DFS, so exercise your “diamond hands” and dilution will be kept to a minimum until the project is a lot more valuable this time next year.

I love these kind of plays, squirrel a bit away and forget, and then when the fireworks start you have a great average and huge upside.
