If it did he would be legally on the hook for misleading investors. Its just paperwork and will be completed in dye course. Yes your logic makes sense, perhaps when SAV first rose to £91m it went a tad overvalued, like what happened to GGP, they now have 3x the gold resource and are 2 years closer to production but sit at just 20% of their prev high.

I will keep an eye in here mind you, if SAV add more value via licences and DFS, or resource expansion, or if Lith goes back to $5k-$6k/t and the Mcap is still between £40-£100m it will be very tempting.

If I may give you my opinion Tropical, I'd say that its a few things...

1- Production (and ultimately added value) is still 2.5-3 years away

2- Still work to do on DFS and licencing

3- No current plan for project funding

4- Limited 3-4x upside (initial 2-3yr timeline)

these to an outsider looking in are not a "wow i need to get into that right now" buy signal.

I would rather stick £50k in a company like BRES (Graphite) that has already got all the licences and is getting through the DFS, has lower Capex requirement of £65m, with a $480m project (yes not as big) and has Chines and USA begging to finance it, but still only has a £10m Mcap so offers a 10-20x upside, and will do so before SAV's 2026 estimation.

To be clear, this is not a dig, SAV looks like a solid Li play, but investors like me will be passing and looking for bigger gains in shorter timeframes for our risk.

suggests KOD should have an Mcap of $220m / £175m now, roughly 1.08p based on current Li resource only.

Interesting they also predict "based on industry experts" 2027 spod 5.5% to still be around $2700, compared to Kodal's conservative $1185. Would make our project considerably more valuable if that was the case.

I think much of the issue currently is boredom. As soon as there is something to actually discuss things should improve. Until then im focussing on other “real world” things and will return when news is due. Perhaps everyone should take an LSE vacation and go burn off some testosterone at the gym too.

Ive always been 100% truthful here, been holding since Nov 21, plenty of screenshots on my twitter to show that, always held over 60m shares, yes i sometimes have to sell some (like when i broke my leg and lost my income) or when i took part in a private placing elsewhere that was a good deal, but these were discussed on this very board, so to suggest im somehow being sneaky is quite rude considering the contribution ive worked day and night to provide on here and twitter these past 18 months.
