I like how management are doing everything they can to retain 100% ownership for as long as possible. then if a JV funding is required to get it over the line they can negotiate hard.

BRES looking to retain 100% of the project for as long as possible / indefinitely

RB 1p will go the moment the funding is received. Not sure how you dont see that. Institutional buying as well as the prospect of 2 or 3 drill programs running simultaneously will attract large inflows of new investors looking to get in at 1p and out at 3-5p now that KOD is de-risksd

Who cares about a penny when the DMS option alone is worth 4-5p. People need to look at the bigger picture rather than what might happen next week.

According to my calcs, its 4-5p in 12 months time so long as Lithium prices stabilise.(above $3750)

If the Gold delivers a good initial Jorc and is cost effective to mine, make it 8p

If the lithium resource doubles to 40-50mt, make it 12p

When the floatation plant comes online make it 20p

Pick a number inbetween if you like, but its not 1 bloody pence lol

Look at KOD Kodal minerals latest deal a few hundred miles to the west, they gave away 51% but got $65m to build the mine, $45m to put towards expansion drilling, and $$7m to cover overheads. Our BOD needs to push hard for this kind of package that gives us a clear route to production with no further dilution.

The alternative is something like giving the Chinese say a 10% stake in exchange for the funds required for the other half of the DFS and some additional pocket money to drill, then we use the US debt facility to fund the mine and retain 100% ownership.

I dont mind either way, but im getting as many as i can before its announced. BRES should be trading at 21p before a deal is announced, and circa 95p afterwards.

Regarding funding BRES could do a placing, take a loan, or negotiate a deal with our Chinese partners once the bulk samples come back.

My bet is China will make a play for the lot, a 50/50 Jv, offering the funds for the DFS and mine construction. Sometime in the next month or two. We’re sat on a fortune which should play into our hands at tge negotiating table.

My advice, position now, kick back, wait for results and the inevitable offer, by Xmas we’ll be on a whole new level.
