If they started buying up shares until first reporting % it would be assumed to be Slim.

If Slim has 23% a 10% buy from Harbour would give between them roughly a third between them

That would be enough in most cases to control the company and make sure no one else pounced for it.

And allow them to pick a better time to arrange a full take over.

I’m sure there is a plan.

Harbour is pleased to announce that Wintershall Dea Finance B.V. (the "Issuer"), a subsidiary of Harbour, priced an offering on 25 September 2024 (the "Offering") of €700 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.830% senior notes due 2029 (the "2029 Notes") and €900 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.357% senior notes due 2032 (the "2032 Notes"). Harbour intends to use the proceeds from this Offering to repay and cancel the $1.5 billion bridge facility utilised for the Wintershall Dea acquisition which completed on 3 September 2024, and for general corporate purposes.

Well that’s at least 3 of us reinvested our div and the sp still going down.

Crude oil inventories in the United States fell by 4.339 million barrels for the week ending September 20, according to The American Petroleum Institute (API). Analysts had expected a drop, but a much smaller one at -1.1-million-barrels.

Gasoline inventories also fell by a substantial amount this week, falling 3.438 million barrels, more than offsetting last week’s 2.34-million-barrel increase. As of last week, gasoline inventories are just below the five-year average for this time of year, according to the latest EIA data.
