Hi Mooney111, As Singtel clients will have another 3 months free and the bringing forward of the finance is 3 months (April, May and June) this I believe means a potential launch of the APP of late July early August, Asia and UK concerts would be possible with limited audiences and release of material already recorded would fit with the concentration on the Napster APP. Regarding the financial savings of joining the company, I would expect this to be in the accounts later in the year. IMO GLA

An exclusive partnership for a 5G network is substantial in my book, along with O2, Singtel we have substantial support for the platform already, the strategy to build documentary’s, short films, exclusive experiences demonstrates we are going for quality rather than quantity, 12k cameras shows we are looking forward to ‘Apple’ type headsets which also creates a superior product. I also thought the comment our partners will promote the product demonstrates a cohesive approach to the content development, with our new lady on board this demonstrates quality through and through!! Also the fact finances are being brought forward for development could potential produce an APP for the summer! IMO GLA

Hi KL, Perhaps the complete opposite, in most companies a charge is normal, looks as though the business is becoming more professional everyday. Rather make statements and provide timescales the company won’t meet or provide information for speculation, the company is only going to provide information when it’s ready, with the adverse speculation with no evidence I’m not surprised is staying quiet until May 2021!

Well, looks as though a seller must have had a volume to sell ...and they were fed through the market ..with lower prices to shift them through, now we have some buyers in the market buying shares while the SP is low, sensible trading!! IMO

Unless Grant Dollens or Realnetworks have extreme problems elsewhere why would either sell until the company has released the new APP, the Strategy has been laid out in the AD document, the company is progressing with the backing of the major shareholders according to the email posted this morning.
I bearing in mind how many shares exist, are we looking at a large number of sells?
I believe the main reason for the low SP is the fact there is nothing being reported, development is still occurring and the BoD as usual are keeping matters close to their chest! As BrownAdder, I believe in buying cheap shares, especially when the price will rise over the next 5 weeks!! IMO gla

Agreed BA, the Virgin deal I believe is currently being negotiated, I believe they are also starting from scratch with the APP software and maybe refactoring parts of the existing system, both Napster and MelodyVR have legacy code, also integrating into client systems will be more economic in the long term, I would be expecting trials of the software to be ongoing, this will suck up development cash. Also deploying teams to new and established venues will require substantial resources, at least we know they have proven systems. There is a lot to look forward too! IMO

The company has always kept a tight rein on expenditure, they now have an increasing revenue from the Napster streaming side of the business, the company has also raised capital for the development of the multi-platform APP, additionally a facility to borrow sufficient funds to develop the APP, it has also funds for a PR campaign lasting at least from May - September, with a steady stream of concerts this should mean the company won’t have significant losses, therefore we should only need to borrow further funds to expand the PR for the new APP, unless we have partners who will fund the PR. IMO GLA

A measured response which should curtail the tabloid negative blogger currently in this board, the response is aligned with the Admission Document, it would if a statement was made by our new IR company which may help smooth the negativity in the market. The campaign is due to start in May, therefore I would expect the SP to stabilise and gain ground in the next week, although I still believe we will see news of another partnership before May. IMO
