Hi Mooney111,
It is frustrating, but stay confident it will take long before we are heading north, I’m confident the shares will be taken and not the money+interest, this demonstrates the confidence in Napster, I’m sure the investors shareholders have confidence in their investors. GLA
Hi Neil,
Agreed, Frustrated, yes, did I personally believe the SP would be higher, yes!
Do I believe it’s the fault of the BoD, No, do I believe in this company, yes otherwise I wouldn’t be writing on this board! Do I believe in a company taking 5 - 7 years to mature, yes and more!! Do I want to see the SP in positive double figures by end of September 21, absolutely yes! GLA
Hi Albert,
I believe Nikki will compliment Clara, Nikki has in depth knowledge of the business and worked for Spotify in a senior position, Clara has operated with the City, I like the fact her main client was Sony, we have never really made traction into the city, Arden’s have never really performed for the company, IMO.
I believe our latest investor would have been in favour of an IR company be brought in rather than cultivating our own as everything is ready to go! Nikki hasn’t shown her best on the promotional front, however I firmly believe she has been part of the negotiations with companies such as Singtel. We will start to see a formulated PR campaign early April, the 20% reduction is I believe connected more with the lack of financials being reported and the lack of clarity around events, however the events isn’t within Napster’s control. I do believe there will be a couple of announcements between now and April. IMO GLA
Hi KL,
There is a ‘PrimaryBid’ connection with the IR company, therefore I believe there has been a collaboration prior to the announcement.
Therefore, I believe the IR was part of the shareholders being offered the shares issued recently.
IMO
‘Always stay calm in a storm’ !! GLA
Let’s hope this price stays at this level until April 6th, this will mean a fantastic 673,400 shares for another £20k ISA investment, with the PR starting in May 21 it mean a brilliant investment, in my blinkered view!! I can’t help think my plans might be scuppered by our new IR company! Still perhaps I shouldn’t be greedy!! GLA
Clara Melia, while working for PWC her largest account was ‘Sony’!! Again Synergy!! GLA
Boohoo
A busy start to the week for Equitory. We were delighted to support our client Boohoo Group PLC with their acquisition of Debenhams, and we've added another experienced and ambitious IR Manager to the company. Please welcome Samantha Boyd to the team! #team #dealclosure #acquisitions
Great to see our client, the Boohoo Group PLC’s share price close up 15.4% today following the announcement of their response to the independent review, which they have published in full today. Great work by Alistair Davies and the team! #investorrelations #boohoo #shareprice
Naked Wines
Congratulations to our client, Naked Wines, for winning the prestigious IR Society Award for Best Annual Report (Small-cap / AIM)! "The judges felt Naked Wines delivered an excellent annual report, which clearly articulated its purpose and business model, and the merits of the investment case. Linkages between the business model and value chain, and the remuneration report and strategy were praised, as were the powerful insights into the company’s supply chain. The judges also enjoyed the engaging design and delivery of the report." https://lnkd.in/d-i9MzH #investorrelations #annualreports #awardwinning

Looks as though this IR are trusted!! GLA
Let the ‘Napster’ party begin!! GLA
Someone still off loading, hopefully when they have moved on this will rise again above .7, however it’s a nice stable SP until the new facilities come on stream. Let’s hope it doesn’t rise too much before April 6th allowing more to be added to the ISA GLA
NAPS not recognised by Halifax at the moment, this could be a reason for slow start, guess that’s down to LSE IMO
Congratulations Italian, you’re up early today!! GLA
Great to see an ex-employee explaining the basic principles of how the industry should treat musicians, also great to see Napster paying more than other competitors and providing a future platform with great morals. IMO

Strategy
The Directors believe that the combination of MelodyVR and Napster’s service offerings will provide the basis for a compelling and differentiated music service which will appeal to the true music fan, consolidating all of an artist’s repertoire including recorded music, short form video content (such as music videos), long form video content (such as documentaries), digitally ticketed live streams, educational videos and immersive AR/VR content, into one premium subscription product.
In order to leverage the benefits of the combined platforms, the Company intends to launch a new application in 2021 which will combine MelodyVR’s immersive content with Napster’s recorded music content and will be provided by way of an update to the existing Napster application. From a technology standpoint, Napster and MelodyVR’s back-end systems will be combined, with a new front-end application being developed to update the existing Napster app.
The app will be made available across multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, smart TV’s, consoles and VR devices, as well as providing audio only offerings for in-car and connected home devices such as Sonos and Amazon Echo. The app is expected to initially launch in Napster’s existing markets which span 33 countries, extending to new territories shortly thereafter.
During the period of combination, both Napster and MelodyVR will operate as separate consumer offerings.
Everything you need to know, GLA
Instant gratification is not the answer in a world that is seismically shifting. Broadway will need to link up with the most savvy AI, AR, and VR developers to create new ways to distribute musicals, plays, and revivals, which often serve as the foundational content for other entertainment properties (or vice versa). With the right strategy and vision, Broadway can reprise itself in new and exciting ways.

Changing the in itself probably won’t effect the SP, however I would surprised if there isn’t some news attached, the Singtel deal is still fresh, the role of Napster and MelodyVR have still to be expanded on, there is also the fact SH is discussing concerts, we know they have 70 venues signed, there also hasn’t been any news that LiveNation have pulled away from MelodyVR, I also believe there is news around a expansion of our mobile partnership! According to MelodyVR
“The countdown has begun until we can see @thegr8khalid again, but until then, VR has your back!” GLA
Stay calm LTH’s, there’s nothing wrong with this share, the spike was due in my opinion to spiffing Brit as described by tomphys, the SP has risen on solid information regarding the existing sales and manufacturing, an update regarding new manufacturing facilities coming on stream in May and greater sales will lead to an upward trend, unless we have news of a partnership etc! IMO GLA
